@grabmygoobers oh i dont know mate i have known it for ages i just forget where i heard it. he was like a real hippie john lennon style like round sunglasses and stuff
2.0 or 2.1cc is .12, 2.5cc is .15, 3.0cc is .18. those are small blocks. the one in the vid is a trx 2.5 or .15
3.5cc is .21, 4.0cc is .25, 4.6cc is .28, 5.2cc is .32
these are big block
the cc measurement (2.0, 3.5 ect.) are approxament and will vary by maker.
cid measurements (.12, .21 ect) are tipical engine sizes. some makers will produce engines of different cid measurements but these are some common ones youll see.
not always but 18's are 3.49cc but classed as 3.5, are you just rebring this back up because u bought a really expensive race engine .21 when u can get the same power from a decent .18..
it wouldnt last long at all and the parts will corrode and break and ur engine can corrode to.. also it can get dirt into the engine and when dirt gets into a nitro engine there is no fixing it. in other words you have to replace it
actually if dirt gets in the engine you can fix it by replacing the piston and sleeve inside the engine and then your engine is brand new break it in and your good to go.
but it's not a good idea to get dirt in there in the first place.
i have a question if you stop doing the proccess working on tank 3 is that bad for the motor b/c my glow plug went bad as i was breaking it in last night so im wondering if i screwed up on the brand new 3.3 b/c i spent 170 bucks on that motor and i just hope it is not messed up just from letting it rest through the night i got 1 and 2 tank done as i started on tank 3 it stopped so what should i do if the motor is messed up......continue the proccess from tank 3 or start over?
