Just to let others know....on a given Sunday there are probably over a hundred versions of Baba Yetu or Baba Wetu being sung in the many churches in the Swahili speaking countries from Kenya, tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Eastern Congo, South Sudan,parts of malawi, burundi, Comoros, etc....so the words are not that original to a specific person but the music composition can be unique just as Christopher's and many in east africa will try to sing it

Just to clear your misunderstanding...that is not water, it is what we call porridge...usually a mixture of water, maize/corn floor, millet floor, wheat floor or cassava floor and sugar/peanut butter etc brought to a boil depending on where u come from East Africa. It is common as a breakfast meal in many homes, schools and places like this one taking care of the kids! Try informing yourself first instead of writing things like that...they do have clean water to drink!
