@Kal99 What is funny is where I live everybody wheres helmets but I have yet to see a video on youtube where the main skiers are wearing them at all lol

Lemme tell ya. Last year I saw three different skiing accidents first hand where guys wiped out and ran into a pole or tree. Their heads bounced off and they were able to walk away...although a bit dizzy from the their fall.

Had they not been wearing helmets they'd be dead for sure. I wear one when I ski. Doesnt matter how uncool it looks...

Young, strong, skilled skiers, of both sexes, may not need this video. But think about women of >50, (a) unskilled, with (b) doubtful knees, (c) from a different social upbringing, (d) less fit, (e) more cautious. They do seek this sort of encouragement, advice and support.

I have been skiing since 1948 and have always admired the strong skilful women who don't need this video.

But please, keep sympathetic to older ladies of different strength, skill and era. Nice men are kind to women, no?

This was a great series of instructional videos, I have been skiing for 30 years and I think that anyone could benefit from watching this. Just went skiing yesterday and it is horrifying to watch all of the out of control people on the slopes, snowboarders and skiers.

This series of instruction videos is good on the whole... except for this one! Clearly it's still the 1950s in Denmark if this sort of 'encouragement' is necessary!

yes womens skis are different because the weight distribution in a women's body is different. it'd be nice to hear more commentary on that rather than 'ski with a group or ski on your own whatever makes you comfortable' like women skiiers have no brain?

My 7 year old daughter ski's from 9 to 5 with

30 mins off for lunch, does a run from top to bottom without stopping and shoots blacks, reds, whatever. She says, "Daddy what are they on about"
