It's really easy once you get the flow right and very comfortable to play.
Getting it right at first is a bit odd (you gotta listen to it to get the right groove). However The finger positions (chords) are quite simple but you got to play it a few times before it makes complete sense.
There's a few good tabs floating around, google them up to get you started and then follow it by ear.

I think it is, its a very solid and very simple guitar mahogany body with a bolt on maple neck and a fixed bridge.
The only thing that might get in the way is the pickups, they are the typical Ibanez INF3 and INF4 which aren't as goood as aftermarket pickups.
But the guitar is cheap and you could invest to put some better pickups in there and it's a solid rocker.
