Van Halen is better with Roth. Always was and always will be.

Sammy is a great singer, but he has no fun in his voice. He has no inflection. He is a great by the numbers singer and as fun to listen to as my ex-wifes nagging.

Roth always knew it was all about having fun and not to be taken seriously. That's why he was so good at it.
