thats not a satellite.. it is much larger ..it is the ISS- International space station.. if you look, you can see the solar panels extending out from it.

Correct. A 'satellite' is anything in orbit. The moon is a satellite.

Of course it's a satellite. Any object orbiting the earth is an earth satellite.

The ISS is a satelite. The moon is also a satelite. Do some research. The earth is a sateliter too wich orbits around the sun.
