To rexchasing: amends come in all forms, Dave aint dumb why would he or anyone else go to the police station and report more crimes they've committed ? The way he decides to deal w/ those affected is his decision. obviously the guy has a conscience and has probably thought alot about his amends. BTW the treatment facility I worked in is where I first had Daves Killer Bread and that was about 4 years ago. Dave gives away a tremendous amount of his bread. Cant keep it unless u give it away!!

To the person claiming it's "packed with sugar"...

Seriously, GET A CLUE.

There is NO SUGAR added; not in the form of table sugar, glucose, high fructose, NOTHING.

In fact, the first 10+ ingredients are all whole grain and seeds. Finally, there is some organic molasses, as the 15th, or so, ingredient.

It simply TASTES sweet because it's all natural, whole food. Fantastic, and healthy. Best bread ever.

@tc8993 I do believe they add juice concentrate to the bread which does give it a little more sweetness. It's still healthy and the best bread ever.

Very inspiring story, wonderful transformation success story for Dave Dahl..... However, I can't help but ask the question whether Dave, as part of his transformation process, has made amends to those he burglarized, robbed and assaulted during his dark days. If so, it would be even more impressive. If not, his story is incomplete.... btw the bread is fabulous.

My first loaf was at Costco today. I rushed home for a bacon & cheeze sandwich with Dave's Killer Bread........................W­OW. I was so impressed I popped 2 more pieces in the toaster and tried it with crunchy peanut butter, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

My wife saw this bread today and she had heard about it on the radio. We had just picked up a loaf of bread made by another company and she said to me.."Hey!..That's that bread that I heard about on the radio. I didn't know what she was talking about at the time! She told me the story and I thought..."here's another "Feel good story" thing that will be a disappointment. It was a wonderful suprise and now we are already addicted to it!
