This is Gaga's way of not only parodying that, but also parodying the illuminati; which she isn't involved in at all. They also are basically pagan in their base although I'm not entirely sure because I'm not privy to their inner workings and Yes, they try and put messages into things they put out, but doesn't everyone. You don't see coca cola being called evil because they experimented with subliminal messaging or when it's used as product placement in a movie.

Even the concept of the "illuminati" being around is off. There are articles devoted to pushing this conspiricy and can write interpretations of different videos.
