This tank only good against ifantry and buildings, i wonder what will happen to this tank after come face to face with the T-90

@BFloverhateCOD this ain't a anti-tank vehicle, this is a reccon vehicle. but if it would face a tank it would move back to escape, switch to the piercing ammo and return fire. sure it would not destroy the T-90 but it sure will be able to damage it and "maybe" even disable it.

but don't underestimate the 25mm, sure it cannot destroy tanks, but it sure can destroy anything with less armor than a tank. tank is not the only treat on the battlefield.

@appzwizzard yes they are a pain in the ass to put together in the turret. pieces by pieces. i don't know if it's worse than in the bradley but it sure it's hard.

@deathangellink How much room you have in the turret of an LAV? ive never been in one. I can tell you that my 220 pound self had a LOT of problems getting that mother f'er together. To top it off my TC was a 330 pound Samoan.

its a tank killer , it can fend off a t90 during escort missions where it supports the abrams multiple bradleys filled with infantry supporting abrams MBT's with apache longbow flying cover and recon sniper teams interdicting the road ahead, followed by full on U.S. army infantry divisions backed by even more armor, cram all that into a single divisional unit and you have yourself an anti-terrorist power-fist ready to strike.

same kind of strategy than the sherman tank during WW2. 3 sherman was able to destroy a panzer tiger. light gun maybe.............but fast to shoot and reload. teamwork is the way.

dude the asad babil was the iraqi republican gaurd main battletank of choice, which just so happened to be a desert modified t-72 variant produced in iraq for years... several t-90's were disabled by american forces in iraq, they were part of an arms package purchased prior the start of 2004's operation iraqi freedom...

Speed it fires is only limited by the size of the electric motor driving the action

thats why the russians created their purpose built line based model of hi-jack 30mm loaders for the KBP 2A42 , with a dual feed that does not rely on an external power source. Thus you can select a rate of fire between 200 and 550 rounds per minute.

wrong. this cannon can be used against aircraft. not recommended for fast moving, but helicopters for sure. the cannon will elevate past 45 degrees pretty quickly.

medium machine gun? i would suggest a heavy machine gun for anti air, at least .50 cal or higher.

.you are righ. the 25mm can be use again a static helicopter but on this vehicle we are using a m240 medium machine gun for anti-aircraft. its the one you can see on the top of the turret. for real firepower again airplane we use the ADAT who shoot missile .

@deathangellink Army had LAV's? I was in 3rd LAR in the Marine Corps and we mainly used the LAV 25. Thought Army used Strikers.

the brad can be fitted with the CROWS, which supports everything from smaller calibre assault rifles to .50 cal M2's ( lol M2 on an m2 heheh ) all the way up to the Mk19... Very versatile, Very effective , relaible, hella deadly.
