DrBPhD is right here, I think. Slightly-wobbly keys or not, this has absolutely no impact on being able to use the calculator, so I don't think it's really a problem.
I have seen pictures of the interior of the 15c LE. The f and g key seem to be mounted much in the same way as the keys on vintage HP calculators. They are kept in place by the the rest of the interior parts stacked onto another. Some older HP models (67 for instance) have rattling keys too but that's inherent to the way they are constructed. No problem.
@JustMyRandomVideos have you tried the [ON] / [multiply] self test? Both of my units fail self test out of the box.
Also, look at the fine print on page 261 of the Owner's Manual. Notice how successful completion of self-test displays "12" on the screen.
--slateraptor, who can't help feel a bit disturbed when commemorated American engineering is stamped 'Product of China' and the device's craftsmanship reflects as much. =\
@slateraptor There are a few errors in the manual. The new tests are like the newer 12c: hold [g], [enter] then [on]. Now release (in order) [on], [g] then [enter]. From here you can hit 1, 2 or 3 to test the LCD, checksum or keys, respectively.
Thanks for the video. I just ordered one today. I've been waiting years for a 15c, I hope it's not a junky copy. What's printed on the back? Same as the original? Thanks!
@bradjones06 I wouldn't call it junky, just not the same build quality as the original Voyager series. The back is different but does have all the same information printed on it as the original.

Epsilon arccos two times! Three point one four two six nine!
Key slop to! Key slop fro! Kinpo Kinpo go go go!
I must confess to not understanding continued brand loyalty at this point.

Not a fake as such, just HP continuing to use Kinpo Electronics to make their calculators despite quality problems in the past.

@JustMyRandomVideos Thanks for the info...definitely didn't find that in the manual...perhaps I wasn't looking hard enough.

Ordered two the other day and both of mine exhibit the same key slop. *sigh*
