Fabricio Werdum is a good opponent, but I don't think Overeem's fight against him was anything to be proud of. Adding to that he hasn't really had that great success against former UFC fighters like Chuck and Shogun. People say he's improved but I say he has yet to prove that. Beating Brock step is his first step in doing so.

i think brock thought size would play a part as well as his wresteling seeing as he was a division 1 champion and cain a D 2. his fatal flaw was his stand up. theres always been a question about brocks stand up but it was never a big issue because most of his fights usualy end up on the ground. But with cain he fought a guy who was able to deal with his takedowns. basically, if lesnar fights a guy with awsome stand up and can avoid going down he'll lose.
