You get more trucks and drivers out there and you obviously are going to have more accidents. Doesn't mean all their drivers suck.. I drive for Werner have been for years i drive all day in the San Fran and San Jose bay areas haven't had a accident yet.

He's going the same speed as everyone else, and his sirens and lights weren't activated until he saw the truck jump the rails.

If the cop was chasing someone....that would have been a great roadblock. Tooling down the highway and then coming up on a truck blocking the road with the back end of the trailer up in the air.

It happened to be a "Target" truck. The truck was likely on its way to a Target store to drop off a load or taking an empty trailer back to the Distribution center.
