I would love to have kids some day. I think about often. But i'm not yet financially stable enough to be comfortable raising a child in the way I want to. I'd rather not be poor and asking for handouts if I can help it---and i can help it. I'll wait until I'm ready.

Now that Bush was directly responsible of it i doubt it but he had to approve at a certain point the execution of such operation. Katrina was a natural disaster and he just fucked up in the aftermath.
