In season 7 when they go to New York to bring back the car left there by Barney??. In awaiting for the upcoming officer to get his wheel clamps removed Homer decides in a rush to go to pee in the World Trade Center tower when he got to the top he found out that the toilet was out of order he climbs down so fast and goes to the other tower and discovers while on top that the police off. has arrives and was ready to leave because of Homer's absence.
