Also, the way you know someone is making up WMDs were found, they don't list a unit of measurment, instead just 3000 chemical weapons. Was this pounds? Kilograms? Number of warheads? There was nothing found in Iraq as far as WMDs. In case you guys forger, Colin Powell stood in front of a hearing with diagrams and little model cars, explaining why WMDs were not found. SNL even had a scetch about it. It was all over the news. If there was anything found, why was the administration claiming they were not found, because they were moved.

The term WMD isn't meant to suggest 10 short range old russian missiles (conventional). The term WMD has always been used by the US Media to try and paint a picture that WMD was synonymous with ONLY nuclear weapons even if i included bio and chem. Because merely saying chemical weapons (which is what he had) isn't sufficient to incite an emotional response from the ignorant masses in the USA. Well this country used chemical and nuclear weapons of mass destruction, but we dont see any other country trying to take out our leaders. In fact, we have a weapon that can alter the weather. SNL even had a scetch about it. It was all over the news. If there was anything found, why was the administration claiming they were not found, because they were moved.

Actually we found WMDs. Al-Samoud ll missiles are considered WMDs, and we found 10 of them. I will admit it wasnt exactly what we were looking for, but they were there and the Iraqis werent supposed to have them. The occupation though is something I dont agree with.

The term WMD isn't meant to suggest 10 short range old russian missiles (conventional). The term WMD has always been used by the US Media to try and paint a picture that WMD was synonymous with ONLY nuclear weapons even if i included bio and chem. The question is how it was being framed to the US public (the sheep) and what was being emphasized that is important. That's called propaganda.

Because merely saying chemical weapons (which is what he had) isn't sufficient to incite an emotional response from the ignorant masses in the USA. So, the policy was to use the term WMD since it sounds much worse -- without including or excluding nuclear. But you see, they can't say nukes because it would be too inaccurate.
If I want to convince you to invade a country thousands of miles away. I don't bring up chemical. Instead, I say, HE HAS WEAPONS of MASS DESTRUCTION! (scary, huh?).
