  • 1 person is forced to go to shool lol :D

  • The environment of the Homeschooled child is much richer than the public or even private school setting. I'm definitely considering homeschooling my 7 year old

  • my son is homeschooled, 10 yrs old and he does 5th grade work already. while my nephew is 11 still in 4th grade and my niece 10 in 3rd grade and they go to public school! difference?

  • Love it! =] I am 17 & have been homeschooled my entire life & I must say that I can't thank my parents enough for doing this for me! Adults comment all the time about how they are surprised that a teenager can carry on an intelligent conversation with them. It's because I wasn't raised amongst my peers.I was raised among adults who didn't dumb down their language so i could understand. People who say homeschoolers are missing out only say that because they were public schooled...

  • Awesome video!

  • Oh by the way, in case you weren't smart enough to figure it out, that comment was for you

    lukeshaskan12

  • WOW, you were obviously public schooled "at most". Such eloquence in your speech; hats off to you Einstein. I'll bet you voted for Obama and work for Acorn, am I right? Go tell your mamma to run you through your A,B,C's again and then get back to us:0

  • you are a disgrace to mankind, luke.

  • @MissElisePlease agreed.

  • @lukeshaskan12 homeschooling is better then punk ass public schooling, go lick ur public school teachers ass u ignorant stupid fuck.

    owned!

  • One thing the video says I disagree with is, Homeschool is reinventing the way we do famlies. I would have to say that it is just redescovering it. Homeschool is amazing and it really does work. Just look at the Gregg Harris family

  • my daughter tested for 8th grade and was 10th-12 in her academics. Homeschooling works if you do it right!!!

  • I homeschool now becouse my kid was in a special school and all they did was lock them in the building and the kids were so instatutionalised. I take my kid out to loads of places and now get to see more people and she learns more now and isn't being dumbed down. She is reading macbeth and i will take her to the globe theatre and she would never get to do that at school. Homeschooling isn't for everyone but it was right for us as the special school system was letting her down.

  • We're a homeschool family too! I love homeschooling and the socialization thing is a crock.

  • I agree Kristie!

  • Are homeschoolers the only people who still use capital letters, grammar, good logic, and punctuation? LOL!!

  • @IGgymnast10............. UMmmm That is why they have homeschool groups that you can belong to and do diffrent field trips with them.

In public school would you be abel to go to a field trip every week to learn about what you might be studing that week in school? I know when i was in home school we had a lot of field trips to learn more about what we where studying that week or month in school. I was also in the public school system untill 10th grade and loved homeschoolin better them public.

  • your just mad that you cant

  • excellent! good on you! could not agree more!

if only the whole world were also capable!

  • Cute, and so true! I was homeschooled and went to collage at 16. I've met few females that have full collage degree's or remember their formal public school education, whereas I am still able to recite materials taught at a young age and up... depends upon the education and how it's approached is my thought. :-) Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks for sharing this video.

greets from a homschool family in the netherlands
