I agree that laughing at such a site is disgusting behavior, but these people laughing in the video were very obviously troubled by what they were seeing and if you turn up the volume, you can really hear how shaky and nervous their slight laughter/chuckle is. These are tourists keep in mind, you don't see this kind of stuff in the suburbs, to see something like this all of a sudden is a very shocking and nerve rattling experience. I can't even control what I say at a job interview sometimes
