How do I know? I remembered seeing a urinal like that at my local Fred Meyer store before their most recent remodeling job in 2004. The Sloan Royal flushometer used for this unit was a model 181 for 3 gallons per flush.
The pipe that's broken isn't the same part the the urine is deposited in, so he got sprayed with toilet water, that's all. Still much cleaner than tap water in a lot of places, mind you :D
