What parts are different? It's totally the same. Except that in the concert performance he screwed up the ending, while in here it's perfect. Nice tempo and everything.

Don't worry so much about mistakes. Not only do they not matter in the end of an excellent performance of a very technical piece, (such as Yundi's performance), they are easily fixable, and thus not very good for constructive criticism.

The real difference between these two videos is that this version is missing a section of this piece.

Look at 0:43 - 1:53 in "/watch?v=hEnfZjqMSy0". Try and find that part in this music video. The best way to check would be to play each video side by side.
