They're not shooting BOMBS. it's artillery. And it looks like they're in one place because of two reasons: The camera rotates for an optimum view and the plane is thousands of feet in the AIR. If you watch a jet liner fly overhead it takes a LONG time to fly from one end of the horizon to the other. Definitely more than a 7 minute recording.
