hab vor mir sowas aehnliches zu bauen, nur soll's bei mir von der decke haengen, als lampe sozusagen. wollte wissen, ob du einfach milchglas oder aehnliches verwendet hast um das licht zu streuen. dann muesste es auch eine mindestentfernung der LED zum glas geben, damit das ganze 'smooth' aussieht..
danke fuer die schnellen antworten! bin gerade dabei die chips (TLC5940) zu bestellen, nur leider hat keiner der 'haendler meines vertrauens' die im sortiment und will nicht unbedingt von irgendeinem groszen haendler aus den staaten bestellen (versandkosten..). wuerde mich inetressieren wo du/ihr die aufgetrieben hast/habt. hab mir auch ueberlegt bei TI direkt zu bestellen bin mir aber nicht sicher ob die an privatpersonen schicken

TLC5940 I assume? Based on your chip count (12 units) I'm assuming it's one of the 16-ch ones.
What is your LED configuration? One common-anode per pixel, or are you using series-connected 6-pin units like the 5050 SMD chips you can find on eBay? If so, how many RBG units per pixel?
Hey can you please explain this to me further. I really to impement this into a computer desk so when you listen to your music the desk is pulsing just like your table. Obviously the desk would be diffused glass for the top.

nein, da ist kein diffusur dazwischen. die mindestentfernung hängt von der bauart ab, ich hab vorher einen prototyp gebaut um das zu testen. lg

you'r right with the 5940. im using one common-anode rgb-led per segment.
