Let's deal with the heads & boards of these banks & mortgage brokers (we know they're worth billions) in the same manner any bankruptcy court would deal with a common man whose business has failed. Liquidate their personal assets & distribute the proceeds to their creditors (I guess that's us). The tainted mortgages which innocent homeowners were saddled with should be reworked to reflect the property's true value & payments should go to a centralized & closely regulated public trust/bank.
