The game is called Mugen. :D It's a 2D fighting game created by Elecbyte for the pc. Where you can add characters and stages and fight against other characters! It's a pretty cool game. I like to play it alot! I'm already working on tutorial videos on it on how to download it and install it as well as putting characters in the game. ^^ So I'll send you a message when my tutorials are completed and uploaded, and send you links to see my tutorials and get the game! :D
