I live in the UK and have used Virgin broadband. It's way better than old Telewest broadband used to be I can tell you. I can also say that BT broadband is perhaps the worst of any ISP I've tried so I'm not sure ADSL's got much to do with him personally.

The best thing about this is that NASA and the Fed Gov will now have competition--will be forced to match the environmental standards, price, etc. of Branson's Galactic. For too long, I think, we've waited on the Feds to do our exploring for us. Yeah, we're only talking about a zip around the moon, etc. But I think this pushes through commercial means, through competition, into a more efficient, better, less expensive way to do space travel.
