Is this played with a Capo on the 1st fret? On the tab I found at Ultimate Guitar it says No Capo,but I've seen Jack play it with a Capo.

well, he's not playing it with a capo, and you don't have to play it with a capo... I think It's for the octave and key in which your voice is limited to.
