The SP spokesman is incorrect about rendering aid to a fellow boater. It is not optional but the law that a boater and crew MUST render aid if able. It's a great maritime law as well as tradition and one only wishes that the same were true out of the water as well!!!

Anthony Digilio isn't in Jail. He has escaped prosecution so far due to a flawed system. He is a murderer and hopefully remembers every morning when he wakes up that he KILLED a wonderful father, husband and friend. Sweet Dreams Anthony.

He was probably drunk, I quit drinking in mine the police down here will get your ass. Take you to jail, impound your boat ,suspend your license, it aint worth the risk, but it sure is fun though.

yes they did. he went to jail for murder and because he brought his boat to land and put it in his garage. luckly my aunt is doing ok but it is very sad for the families that lost someone due to this icendent

my aunt once removed was hit. luckly she lived but she will not go near water. the boat that got hit was hers. she currenly has her jaw wired shut and she is having trouble walking. but she is alive
