Depends... Chip's purpose is different than his purpose. This guy had a refference picture so he created the drawing based un reality, while Chip's drawings become reality. They are only guidlines to what the finished car should look like not detailed drawings because the car doesn't exist yet and details ideas come as you go on with the build.

Sorry, according to the Human Anatomy book by Oxford it is extremely dangerous to borrows another person's hand. It is a bad idea for one to cut his own hand off. and transfer it to another person. Even with out latest technology you cannot inherit another person's skills through trading body parts.
