What would happen when the wings have to take an additional burden of a few thousand kilograms with full load... will they snap off?.. if this flex is happening for an empty flight, how much will it flex for a full flight
what I'm curious about is what the data showed for the wing flex. I noticed quite a bit of flex... nothing abnormal for composite, but it could spark skeptics to create some drama.

@blueinkbottle of course the wings won't snap off. You're not the engineer they are so relax.

Wing Flex looked rather dodgy, I think it was the wing area that was causing a lot of the delays with first flight

It's a T-33 that Boeing used for aerial photography.

maybe there is very little kerozine on board, which makes the wings lighter than normal.

amazing footage... keep this footage in the safe! From an A&P mechanic and Boeing factory tech for the 737... I am uber excited!
All of us at the Southwest hangar at KMDW were watching it in the break room. lol
Thanks for capturing aviation history!
