jean, the only way is to not be lazy.Im skinny and gain muscle very slowly. eat alot of good calories,white meats like fish chicken,get all ur veggies,take a multi vitamin daily, also if ur having a problem getting motivated, its probably a good idea to join a gym like boxing or mma,or have a training partner.

@boogiemain209 It sounds like some generic stock music to me. I agree with you, it's waff! I'm from the Uk and am glad to say my taste, and that of my friends, isn't representative of your experiences.
Jimmy, you're an amazingly helpful trainer but the music is quite annoying, at least IMO. I would rather just learn from your workouts but not hear the aggravating music all the time, so I have to hit mute.

jums side to side over a log
medball pushups
and sqat jumps
+ bag trainin
thats 4 days a week , 4 days gym work
getting back to fightin condition is harder than y tought
