  • dude i have a more intense mma workout in my room listening to music with a pull up bar and two 35lb dumbells. i would stomp you man.tip: push ups are a thing of the past bro go buy dumbells,im not hateing im throwing you some advice. take a look into pre-workout powder like no.xplode at your local gnc store or website

  • cool man, you got a great physique, keep it up! I just started my work out again after almost 2 years on my ass. doing full body workout and mountain biking alternating days. in my 2nd week only, but I plan to do it right this time, and stay disciplined!!

  • jean, the only way is to not be lazy.Im skinny and gain muscle very slowly. eat alot of good calories,white meats like fish chicken,get all ur veggies,take a multi vitamin daily, also if ur having a problem getting motivated, its probably a good idea to join a gym like boxing or mma,or have a training partner.

    Look im skinny and I could get use to any routine but IM to lazy and I love sweets and fat haha, is there any way to work on that, Its a dream for me to have a sixpack or at least a definned body, PLEASE HELP ME:

  • @jeanpzavala start running 3-5 kilometers 3 days per waek. Do push ups do abs exercizes and eat less

  • @boogiemain209 It sounds like some generic stock music to me. I agree with you, it's waff! I'm from the Uk and am glad to say my taste, and that of my friends, isn't representative of your experiences.

  • Too slow circuit IMO, you could do jogging instead of that.

  • Jimmy, you're an amazingly helpful trainer but the music is quite annoying, at least IMO. I would rather just learn from your workouts but not hear the aggravating music all the time, so I have to hit mute. 

  • y do:

    jumps over 4 ft obstacles (fron standin not runnin)

    jums side to side over a log

    medball pushups

    and sqat jumps

    + bag trainin

    thats 4 days a week , 4 days gym work

    getting back to fightin condition is harder than y tought

  • thanx jimmy! i will use this in getting fit again for my 2nd dan grading early next year. didnt expect a reply this soon! seems posting on facebook really helps! you rock again. will work on it and adjust a little here and there. might give you some feedback aswell. thank you a LOT
