He says the stimulus didn't work when it suits his argument, then he flips and says the stimulus did work to hold this super collapse he's been predicting off until 2010. How convenient. @bweazel he says the stimulus isn't going to work but will plunge the economic system into either an inflationary or deflationary depression. HOWEVER, he notes that the bailouts have propped up the economy in the short term MASKING the calamity which the burgeoning debt has only worsened.

@bweazel He never said the world will end. he predicted a collapse of social order. We began to see this with Greece, and soon Spain, and certainly the US. Nobody can exactly predict a date, that's a generalized estimate. He's not a psychic. he's an economic trends forecaster. And he KNOWS the economies of the world are under tremendous strain and only going to get worse. He KNOWS the response will be civil unrest and upheaval...or violent overthrow or WW3 to plunder economies of others.

he doesn't know what he's talking about. saying that us going after terrorism where they live is too risky in this conflict is like saying let the fire burn out on its own. We HAVE to be proactive in this or they WILL attack. It has nothing to do with foreign policy. It's about ideology. Their KORAN instructs them to convert all 'infidels' or kill them.
