  • sadam hussein is te best leader in the world

  • President Nasser and President Sadat are the only best leaders of Egypt they NEVER sold their countries to the West like that weak and pathetic Mubarak.

  • Nasser was wery stupid, a disaster for his people.

  • @feurzauber YES AND DID HE SELL OUT HIS COUNTRY LIKE THAT PATHETIC ONE MUBURAK? NO

  • Suez has built with the peoples money not arabic peoples money but european workers and the arabs stealed it.

  • Looking at the images towards the end of the video and seeing how the millions of Egyptians were out on the streets giving their farewell to someone they truly loved! ... someone who genuinely served his country, the Arab speaking world and the third world as a whole.

COMPARE THE IMAGES OF THE DEPARTURE OF HOSNI MUBARAK WITH THE IMAGES OF THE MILLIONS OF EGYPTIANS WHO PAID HOMAGE TO THEIR DEPARTED LEADER!

WILL EGYPT SEE ANOTHER LEADER LIKE NASSER AGAIN?

  • Dear sisters and brothers in the new and free Egypt, I hope you will come back to Nasser and his ideas. He loved and respectet the ordinary people and fought against poverty and a happy life for everyone. He was a good friend of the land of my birth, the former East Germany.

  • Nasser was a Great Speaker & Leader, but a HORRIBLE MANAGER & ruined Egypt..but he didn't mean to! Allah yisam7o ba2a

  • ya sa7eb el video 2a7ayyeek 3la el video dah 3shan el ragel dah 3azeem we kbeer fe3lan we 2na b7ebbo geddan.....we 7atta lw 3'elet fi 7arb 1967 3awwadha we bana el geish tany we d5al 7arb el estenzaf welli sa3det masr tantaser fi 1973 be shakl kbeer......RIP MR.GAMAL ABDEL NASSER YA batal ya 3azim el 3ozam

  • Nasser come back and relieve us from that asshole Hosni Mubarak. We love you Nasser R.I.P

  • Perhaps the reason he kept focusing on Israel was due to the fact that he was not able to accomplish everything he wanted and so the 'Jews/Zionists' provided the perfect scape goat. But, you know what, if there had been a large Armenian or Kurdish community in Egypt Nasser would have blamed them for Egypts problems. Strange that the Arabs always like to blame their 1st cousins (The Jews) for their problems. I wonder if the Arabs will stop the Kurds from independence (bye NE Syria and N Iraq!!)

  • @JRF1961 True the jews are our "first cousins" and friends but you'd be dellusional and you obviously don't live in world if you don't see what they've done to us, as arabs, the last 70 years...get real man, you're not fooling anyone.

  • great nasser fuck moubarak zionist

  • Nasser was a great leader and even more important he was a 'Symbol Of Arab Leadership'. Only problem he was too ambitious. Behind the scenes his vision was note to unite with but to 'dominate' the Arab countries(partly why United Arab Republic Egypt/Syria 1958-61 Failed). His ambitions drove alot of the War Decisions that destroyed his health and killed him early(multiple heart attacks).

  • olen gay mies

  • He was not only a good leader for Egypt but for us other arabs. RIP Mr. President!

  • You idiots who call this man a dictator...he had to be in complete control in the beginning and slowly as one should, he was giving the proper powers back to citizens!

  • he was a great man because he was a great actor. remember her famous attack. on a tiré 8 balles sur lui, aucune ne l a touché et ses gardes n ont pas branchés. C'est clair que c'est un faux attentat pour attirer la sympathie de la foule et il a réussi. Pire encore il a continué à lancer son discours de patriote dévoué au peuple. Une mise en scène flagrante.

  • Arab Power = Emporer Jamal Abdel NASSER

  • And then he died, and today Egypt is a docile puppet state of America and the Zionists, Cairo is a polluted hellhole, citizens live in trash dumps, the government sells everything to foreigners in order to not go bankrupt, and Egypt is the highest receiver of food aid in the world.

  • No matter how good and sincere a dictator is, eventually the damage he does to the people is much more than any good he could do. He takes away their freedom and transforms them into slaves. This slave mentality makes the majority of the Arabs think of themselves as sheep to be led by a shepherd who is supposed to provide grass (and prisons). This damage to the people character stays long after the dictator is dead.

  • 1:36 Was that his assassination attempt?

  • @Manbeast222 Yes, a Muslim Brotherhood member tried to assassinate Abd-El Nasser, he fired eight shots at him but all missed...after this attempt, he ordered the biggest crackdown in Egypt on all of them...send them all to jail and death sentences

  • I have called him "the most beautiful man who ever lived" and I believe I am right!

  • الله يرحمك و يحسن اليك! فعلا احسن زعيم عربي في التاريخ!

  • confused

  • great vid

  • There is no leader in history that did not make a mistake , Gamal was loved by all arabs ( Jews,Christians and Muslims) because we saw our dream of uniting as an Arab nation so close to be a reality, he lifted our shin and dignity up high. the vast majority of the Arab masses were behind him, the British government, the USA ,France and Israel saw their very existence in real danger if the Arab countries become one Nation with oil power..they had to kill him ( MI6) before it's too late. simple.

  • Very handsome man

  • Love nasser but he made 2 mistakes. One left army to Hakim and put sadat VP.

  • Ramsy

Thank you soooo much for the nice video

    5*

  • Also we could unifie our countries in smaller ways:

-) Greater Syria: Syria, Iraq, Lebannon, Jordan

-) Greater Egypt: Egypt, Sudan, libya

    -) Maghreb

    -) Khaligi states

or in any other way, like the arab people want it to be

this four countries would have economical and political and military cooperation.

Of course in the moment it is not possible because there are too many differences. but in the future?

  • @MrBilbol id say let Iraq be itself, everything else seems fine for the distant future

  • @MrBilbol its not possible cause our leaders are gay and dumb

  • We should learn from the mistakes of Nasser: you cannot achieve arab unity without democracy. He tried to unify the arab countries by military intervention and in this caused civil wars within the lands between pro and contra.

First we need democracy and then if it is the will of the people we can unifie our countries.

Then if it is the will of the people we can unifie our countries.

There are too many differences so that if you try to achieve arab unity by force you will fail.

  • Thanks for uploading the video.

However, the dates (1954-1970) are incorrect. While Nasser assumed executive power in practice in 1954, after President Neguib was removed, he didn't become President himself until the referendum of 1956. Until that point, he served as Prime Minister.

  • his legacy is still here, always... long live to Egypt!!

  • Whats the name of the last song at 5.25

  • @msarrage it's called " El Helm EL Araby" or " The Arabian Dream"

  • jemal abdulnasir was the only, president who left power on his own while, other fkn arab leaders they never want 2 live power.allahome irham jemal we adiklhoo fasih jenatek.

  • this is a man i will allways be proud of may Allah grant him Janah your Brother from Somalia Ameen

  • is he famous in somalia

  • @ceaser630 he's famous for all arab's.

  • it'smen like this that make me proud to say i am arab . not these leaders we have running the arab world with there greed and fear of america and isreal.there is a saying we shall alll live by .. it's better to walk on your feet , then to crawl on your hands and knee's .. fallow the west walk on there hands and knees

  • The biggest countries influenced by the west are the gulf states. The ass lickers of the west (I'm talking about the leaders). Those who who would rather keep their money for themselves rather than help their fellow Arabs. Those leaders are just as bad as Isreal because they only came to power because they support the west and would never lift a finger to help the arab cause.

  • Alsalamo Alykoum,

Ya Akhy elaziz, on your channel you mentioned you are trying to spread Arabic and Islamic culture. Then you mention here Egypt is not an Arab country. By this you are supporting what the Christians are claiming (which is a big lie). On what bases you are saying this. Is this islamic in any way, why are you trying to spread hatrad among muslims, instead of trying to make peace and work toward unity? ALLAH yehdek we yewaafaak inshaa ALLAH.

    Alsalamo Alykoum.

  • Wa 3alaikum As Salam,

Thank you for not being hateful. What I am trying to promote is Arabic culture as seen in the Gulf. Egyptian culture is very different and has in modern times Western influence and in past times Ottoman influence. It is not in the Arabian Peninsula, making it a non-Arabian country. Some people have Arab heritage, I will not deny that, but most are mixed and Westernized, so I do not feel it represents Arab culture. Egypt has HUGE influence and thats what worries me.

  • Wa Alykoum Alsalam wa rahmat ALLAH wa barakato.

What is the definition of an ARAB? If a saudi person has a mixed heritage through an indian or pakistani or filipino mother does this make him non arab? We have many tribes in southern Egypt who migrated from the arab peninsula. Like baney Mora (the tribe of Abdel nasser) can you believe that?

  • Hager the mother of Ismail peace be upon him and his father (the so called father of arab) was an egyptian. Last but not least which is more important being a muslim or being an arab? I think Islam gave the arab their value ''kona elarab azl elnas, fazana ALLAH bel islam, ibn elkhatab''. ''Estawso be ahl misr khairan fena lahom nasaban'' I am sure you know who said this sentence PUH.

  • I think 52 is not revolution but coup as he can not steadfast in the time of setback

as there is no real revolution is destoried by weapons if it can take its people the sense of freedom

  • No matter how good and sincere a dictator is, eventually the damage he does to the people is much more than any good he could do. He takes away the freedom of their and transforms them into slaves. This slave mentality makes the majority of the Arabs think of themselves as sheep to be led by a shepherd who is supposed to provide grass (and prisons). This damage to the people character stays long after the dictator is dead.

  • Well, you are wrong in a way. Maybe this Gamal Abulnasser might have been a bad "dictator" and maybe you look at dictators and see the evil. But dont think that this guy represents all Arabs. You see, Egypt isnt an Arab country, Arab countries are in the Arabian Gulf. Look at our leaders and our happy, peaceful society. Our leaders arent dictators, and our people arent sheep or slaves. Look at the Saudi King Faisal (RA) who lived during Abdulnassers time, and see the difference.

  • yes .... look at the happy peaceful people that have nothing in thier minds worth a penny... most of the arabs at this age are a sad example of a human bieng.

we've become a pushover and have nothing to give to the world, thanks to the implanted corrupt leaders of our countries and our zero effort to break from thier control.

  • Think of Mao, Stalin, Hitler, Nasser (who started the Arabs transformation into slaves), Hussain, the Assads, Ben Ali, Qaddafi, Bou Median (with the revenue of oil and other natural wealth, what could those two countries have been!), All those were elected with close to 99% of the vote. No God, or prophet would take 99% of the vote.

  • well, without egypt you guys would still live in tents!

thats all i have to say!

  • Nasser has said that the 1967 attack has been work of USA, not of Israel. The last buffoonery of a life spended to tell lies. The blow that has arranged him the small state of Israel has made him ridiculous in front of the whole world. Nowaday most egyptians recognize that he was very stupid.

  • gamal abdel nasser is the best leader rolled egypt ever, may god bless him .egypt needs agood leader like him now so badly

  • @MegaSasha2009 Relax buddy, Egypt is doing fine. People disrespected Sadat so sadat, even by other Muslims countries like Arab countries. He fooled everyone, Egypt will do it again, Mubark is just chilling and letting Usa and Israel kiss Egypts ass, so he will not sent troops and kill every single Israeli. Egypt is doing fine.. Now worry about the Arab countries.. they are doing so so badly...

  • @soccerftwnolie

Egypt would try to kill every Israeli, of course they would fail like always.

  • @WonderBread006 Sure my friend. I am not going to talk crap with you my friend. God bless

  • @WonderBread006

Who's talking crap? History's on my side :)

  • @MegaSasha2009 Nasser was the best leader for the entire Arab world...Allah y2awekon ya masr, ma titkhallo 3an 7ilimkon shu ma 3imil 7usni Mubarak, btestehalo a7san min heik be kteer...allah y2awekon min lebnan min Canada! love u guys, keep up.

  • هذا الرجل صنع مصر...لاكن المصريين بداءو بكراهيه من صنعهم....حتى المبااني.الكهرباء.كله صنع عبد الناصر"عهد عبد الناصر"..

  • some say that sovietunion told him that there will be no war

  • I have read many books about the war.

The thing is, that in 1965 he himself said that it would take at least 5 years for Egypt to prepare for a war. But pressure from Syria and the Soviet Union forced him to enter war.

Jordan kept causing trouble, not allowing Palestinian soldiers to train in Jordanian Land.

There was so much disunity. If they united and fought Israel, they could have won that war. They had the weapons, but not the unity.

May Allah (SWT) bless Gamal Abdel Nasser.

  • Thanks! I always wondered why he went though with it.

  • He definitely did not initiate the war...he took precautionary measures that were very defensive in nature, which the Israeli's point to and claim was a sign that he was about to attack.

All of the troop movements ordered by him prior to the Six Day War's outbreak were to reorganize the Egyptian military that was near the Israeli border, in it's entirety, to take a defensive posture.

  • no for his country real freedom out of foreign influnces and to help other revolutions and poor countries

  • الزعيم زعيم و مفيش زعيم بعك يا جمال

  • He made Egypt what it is today; a big brown bag of shit who despises and turns into second class citizens its Christian Minority, who always denies them the title of true Egyptians, while they were there way before the Arab Invaders came.

  • he created a secular state ignorant

  • لم يدخل حرب وانتصر فيها ..

  • I like this guy!

  • 2:42 من اجمل الاوقات التي مر بها وطننا العربي

  • not all arab are muslims...back then there was no difference between the different religions of arab, whether ur arab jew, arab christian, arab muslim, arab buddah, arab aethiest,etc..so ibn farouk u preach but u fall into the traps of the western world,..u still have the mentality of when they tried to colonize us...

  • you're so full of shit. My family is about as far away that, my grandfathers, and oncles were killed by the british and Israelis, how dare you say that.dumdass houdini.

  • sabry r u stupid? gamal abd al nasser buit egypt as a power house from the 60' on to the 70's..all sadat's sucesses was really the after effects of abd al nasser's rulings..if it werent for gamal egypt would be like nigeria, a powerful nation but not organized.gamal abd al nasser is the greatest ruler the arab world will ever see..he wasnt just for egypt, he was for the unification of arab...let me tell u, i am not egyptian, but a true admirer of the work of gamal...hosni mubarek is a puppet...

  • With great regret Nasser made no contribution whatsoever to enhance Egypt status or economy, it was just propaganda and hysteria style. What we are now is no better than what we were before the revolution. And Surely the Islamists and extremists are cashing in with the Egyptian populations.

    Opinion from an Egyptian

  • Have u read the book, the Last arab? its a biography about Nasser. Basically its like, he had the right philosphy but not the team to execute.

  • your and the Israelis hope he will go to hell. Not the free of Algeria, Yemen, Libya, and Syria!Go to hell for siding with Israel's biggest enenemy!

  • allah jerham jamal

  • With all due respect to Mr. Gamal Abdel Nasser but i remember that when he died Sinai was in Isreal hands!! What can Mr Nasser say about that since he was the Egyptian leader in 1967?! and he was the one who said that we damaged 90 air crafts of the enemy & we'll go throw the Jews in the sea!!!! I don't think a great leader would lie to his poeple! regardless the economical crisis that he put egypt in after the 1967 defeat!!

  • Nasser believed that he will defeat Israel easily, and that what should happened because we have a lot of men and equipments a lot more than Israel in that time, and then he will be set on the thrown of the Arab Nation, but that was one of the most horrible time in our modern history and we see a lot of the pictures and clips on how we been humiliated because of his ignorant selfish foolishness and since then nothing went good, I hope he will be burn in hell.

  • nasser was a bastard , and i hope he rots in hell for all souls of the egyptian soldiers that were lost in 67 for his ambitions the upper egyptian cunt

  • With all due respect, Abdel Nassar was trying to get rid of all the puppets , and fought Israel 2 times. He got rid of lIBYA,SYRIA, YEMEN,IRAQ, and Egypt's kings. All dictators against Islam. He tried but was foiled by deatha and King Hussein. If you only knew how proud I was to be muslim and Arab at his time!

  • He never got rid of 'Asabiyyah.

  • I LOVE GAMAL ABDEL NASSER

  • Atrue Arab Leader, God bless his soul

  • Nasser was just as great has Muhammad Ali Pasha even though Muhammad Ali wasn't Arab he still was a great ruler of the middle-east.

    Now Mubarak is disgusting.

  • Nasser and Sadat were both remarkable men of the 20th century.

Nasser for the moral making the Arab people proud.

Sadat who brought peace to his nation and tried to bring Egypt out of the ruins of a costly war

  • Rare Leader in time of difficulties.

  • May he rest in peace

  • whats the last song lol ??

  • Beautifully done. Nasser was truly the best Egyptian leader.

  • Thanks fenooo, nice documentary,

  • Abdel nasser definitly had an attractive, charismatic and strong personality! but he didn't have the brains to lead a great nation like egypt ( like Sadat did!) he would make a super great war General , but not a political leader!

  • btmmontreal, yeh sure but you do, you have the brains to lead Egypt, Saddat was week next to Gamal, Saddat chose the easy way Nasser went the whole way and Egypt was never greater, as free and more powerfull than at the times of Nasser, you need to know Modern Egyptian history, read it if you care.

  • He was the man ... true leader.

    Bless him....

  • he is nothing but a moran who had no political read nor vision..got carried away by his arrogance and lead to our defeat and humiliation and opened the door for a struggle that still exists..he is only good for speeches

  • Nasser is the main responsable of the 1967 war and defeat. A political failure, the end of a poor career as president of Egypt.

  • Egypt was a fine country during Nasser's time. I wish things will return to what it used to be!.. Too bad he did not live long after the 1967 defeat. I think he would acted based on experience and with wisdom acquired from this set back. I think he would have been a peace maker and a voice of reason in the Middle East. He was so charismatic and was also respected by friend and foe.

  • i love abdel nasser

  • Pan-Arabism will NEVER DIE

  • wow, what a great video! Nasser and his great legacy live on!

  • ra7am allah a3zam regal misr .

  • real man great president

    nice vid bro

  • thx bro.

  • The Lion was a great man and we loved him much in ex Yugoslavia!During his time as the president of Egypt there was a peace between muslims and copts but when Sadat come a hell broke out and you could see big differences between rich and poor people!

RIP Gammal Abdel Nasser friend of Tito!!!!

  • يا أحرار الجيش المصرى أنقذو مصر

  • I don't know what everybody else is thinking. But I personally think that Nasser's regime was far more liberal than the other Arab states as well a goverment far more stable than Saddam's in Iraq

  • I guess that 2 incident made the legacy of Nasser

The Manshia accident (if it was true)

The Nationalization of the Suez Canal

Nasser was like any other political leaders he had good things and

    Bad ones.

Nasser mistake that he used trusty people and not experience people

Ammar should have been fired after 1956.

Salah Nasr has been giving him false reports

That was not the quality of a good administration

  • u dont know any think about politics all the factories and hospitals and schools that is now in egypt gamal did it and the economy increased 30 percent in his regime

  • Long live his memories. It is so sad that to see after his death, bozos like Sadat and Mobarak took his place and destroyed whatever he achieved.

  • The reason why Nasser couldn't get Egypt out of its misery is the fact that he has always been surrounded by very corrupt military generals.

  • could not agree more

  • Allah yer7amo.

I visited Egypt only once back in 1999, I visited Jamal's grave and read al-fati7a for him, may his soul rest in peace. I'm so proud of doing this!!!
