  • Just got my infantry contract after hassling my recruiters for months! Ship to San Diego may 28th, anyone else leave that day?

  • OOOORAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

  • @467076 MCRD san diego?

  • @Sealmeal12 no, MCT is in Camp Pendleton CA, area 52, and Camp Day. its a nice little place with a dominos and a robertos. but you wont eat there while training. there are many mountians to hike up and a lot of rounds to shoot. its a lot of fun. i had a great time there.

  • Ship day july 16!!!!

  • @Sealmeal12 Me to.

  • I am gonna join the Infantry right after highschool

  • @TheChunkyKong me too dude i wanna be a grunt ...not a pog

  • @jeffandtanya5 You already know :D OORRAAH!!

  • @TheChunkyKong Join in the summer after your junior year. Talk to a recruiter as soon as you can.

  • Dang, I really want to join the USMC, but I don't want to be infantry... basically non- combat. Maybe Ill be infantry when I am in my 25's or something. Does anyone know, if some Marines are non combat? As in, in contract- never fought.

  • @a619ko there are marines who will probably never step foot on war grounds but no MOS in the marines is non-combat unless you are a high ranking officer i.e. Lt. Col or higher. Marines are the force in readiness. "Every Marine is a Rifleman." Hope that helps some and good luck to you on your decision.

  • *So the day

  • @ItheSwick Actually I got a medical DQ while in processing for the Army: I even tried to get a waiver, but to no such luck. So I day I found out that it was a permanent no go for the Army I was sitting in the Marine Corps office starting the process all over. I got a DQ again, but the waiver passed. Now I ship August 29 to the MCRD San Diego. Booyakasha.

  • What score do i have to get in the AFQT test if im a high school graduate?

  • @intelligirl11 Cause he's a recruiter...

  • good videos SSgt. Just one thing, tuck that dog tag into your shirt!!

  • Mothers of America screwed everything the marine corps had to offer for initial training get them out of the program and me being a marine myself wont say most training we have is a joke besides the ones that require you to be trialled into

  • The school at Camp Lejeune expanded the MCT program to integrate female Marines. This basic infantry training for all Marines is one element of the philosophy that "Every Marine is a Rifleman."

  • Marine tactics and doctrine tends to emphasize aggressiveness and the offensive, compared to Army tactics for similar units. The Marines have been central in developing groundbreaking tactics for maneuver warfare

  • @Snako85 thats BS. marine corps bootcamp has 3 phases. 1st phase. drill and ceremony. basic military knowladge so on and so forth. 2nd phase is... Oh guess what! markmanship training! WOW! 3rd phase is.. OMG field training! consisting of patroling basic hand signals all that fun stuff! and then in addition to that they have advanced infantry training.

  • @tjkemp9311 Yeah, known as "The Crucible,"a 54 plus hour simulated combat exercise.Initial training at Parris Island,San Diego MCRD, ranks among the hardest training in the world, and is emulated by many other service organizations. Only by passing the rigors of boot camp can one earn the title "United States Marine."

  • @Snako85 You arent in service so who are you to call marines dumbasses. its easy to say that when your hiding safe behind your computer screen isnt it? well heres something for your thoughts. the marine corps can react to any crisis in the world and get boots on the ground in the crisis zone in 6 hours. can the army do that?!

  • @tjkemp9311 i was n th service from 1998 - 2008 and yes the Army can the Marines are dumb and you are being fed propaganda bullshit

  • @Snako85 When was the last time you heard "I couldn't get into the Army, so I joined the Marines"

Never. And you never will. I hear the opposite all the time.

  • @Snako85 I want to apologize for for assuming you weren't in the service thank you for your service. and no. I am not being fed propaganda BS as you put it. I respect all of the services for what they do. I know we have the worlds finest army, navy, marine corps, coast guard, and airforce. I think its pretty stupid when people play off of the over used marines are dumb stereo type.

  • @tjkemp9311 well thanks for not turning this into an argument. The U.S.M.C IS overrated however. The Army is just as capable as the Marines, but doesnt get much credit for it which kind of pisses me off.

  • @Snako85 I agree. they are just as capable in certain areas and more so in others. just as the marine corps is more capable in certain fields. If they both had the same qualitys and capabilities then there wouldnt be a need for both of the services. The marines are more of a fast action very maneuverable force. not saying the army doesnt have fast action units. but the marines over all are a much much smaller force. 250000 as compared to about 2.5 million soldiers.

  • @hockeyyismylife That and the fact that the Army has over 1 million people, the Marines? About 200,000. Yeah, the one with the lower amount DEFINITELY has a low attrition rate right? No. Just no.

You were spot on 7% for the Army

    25% percent for the Marines.

At least you know what you're talking about, I can't say the same for everyone else...........

  • @Sniperhound4 the marine corps is a smaller self contained force with its own aircraft tanks so on and so forth. the army doesnt have fixed wing aircraft on the level with the marine corps they rely on the airforce for that. the marine corps is americas 911 force. anywhere in the world in just 6 hours. dont think the army can do that.

  • @cod3black505 hello sorry but i have a question is there any other way to become a warrior in modern times besides joining the army

  • @ttranccoc123 Is that a fact, or your insignificant opinion?

Either way, we both know you can't adjust to life outside the military. Good luck with that disorder.

  • @wafflecushioned True. "Hockeyy" is his life. No one doing 16 hour patrols would fathom trying to get a degree at the same time. And I had it easy: the guys in OIF I were out for days at a time, showering once every couple of weeks or so. College? WTF? Nice reality check, though.

  • @Lachdenan I'm not slamming the Marines or anything, but earning a Masters degree in four years on active duty seems a little far fetched.

  • @wafflecushioned Not at all. It's absolutely insane, just like the person who did it would be from the stress. I seriously don't even think it's physically possible. Double full-time school plus full-time Marine Corps? No way. That's not slamming Marines at all (I'm sure that Marines welcome substantiated challenges anyway): it's just straight-up physically impossible.

  • @Snako85 also, the highest attrition rate of any military school is marine sniper school with an attrition rate of 50. excluding special forces and navy seals of course. so yeah. take about.com and shove that back in your butt and do some real research.

  • @hockeyyismylife youre an idiot. Marine sniper school does not have the highest. Army Ranger school does along with jump school,Army Sniper, etc. do your resarch man rather than spewing pro Marine bs

  • @Snako85 that was before the army altered their training routine and basic training assclown. their washout rate is 7% and marines is upwards of 20. anyone can go to about.com or google but in another one of these videos he gives statistics on why and how the marines train harder and how the attrition rate is higher for marines and gives you actual numbers so stop being a retard and going and pasting numbers that u just found on the first result on google and passing them off as real "research"

  • @hockeyyismylife Yes, I live with my parents while I go to college, so I get a housing allowance. After college I'll apply for a job with the police department. Yeah the Marine corps looks good on a resume, but not as good as a bachelor's degree or higher in criminal justice. College > Military.

  • @wafflecushioned Military pays for college retard. And a housing allowance is paid for by your job if you get one so no you don't have a housing allowance. and no, Military gets preference over college graduates in precincts because in most you don't even need a college degree to become a cop. So yeah have fun bragging about a degree you had to pay for when the govt could have paid for your education after you were done with military service already working at a police station. Military>Grocer.

  • @hockeyyismylife Your right, you don't need a degree to become a cop, but those that do have a degree get the higher pay. Yes, taking classes and earning a degree makes me more qualified than a box of rocks straight out of the military. Just because the military pays for "some" of college tuition doesn't mean that every serviceman attends college. The longer you spend away from college the less likely you're gonna go. Yeah that marine might become a cop, but I will be the cop with better pay.

  • @wafflecushioned also you clearly have zero knowledge on the issue if you TRULY believe that being a Marine does not make you more qualified to be a police officer or criminal investigator than taking classes at mommy and daddy's house especially when the military sets you up for whatever degree you want while you already start to work as a civilian after your service.

  • Five people will never be one of the few, or the proud.

  • ITB camp pendleton cali pogs and there weak ass MCT

  • @ttranccoc123 First off, I didn't understand what you were trying to say, but what should I expect from a box of rocks? The whole military is based on teamwork. You are the classic case of a brainwashed Marine that believes that only grunts do the work. I laugh at your pay. I make just as much money bagging groceries.

  • mct is a fucking joke

  • @Snako85 Marines train everyone how to work efficient in war related enviroments during basic, hand to hand combat, bayonet technique, and qualify every recruit with the rifle. after all that, they advance their skills with Marine Combat Training or ITB Infantry training battallion, that way every marine can fight efficiently if need be. marines also re qualify with the rifle every year, too make sure their the best. stop making pointless comments, degrading the marines, because your jealous.

  • @NWCCGC lol buddy, i was in the Corps for 4 years as an AAV crewman. Then i joined the Army infantry to be with the best. Marines teach you minimal in boot camp and they have MCT to make up for it. Army Soldiers requalify every year and evey Soldier learns how to survive a combat zone. also get your names straight Army has Basic Training Marines have Boot Camp.

  • Comment removed

  • @Snako85 lol the army is a joke, have you seen the new army BASIC TRAINING? looks like there training to be the best haha yea right, everyone knows the army is weak and for you to go from marines to army? looks like you couldnt cut it

  • @750jwood Army Basic training was alot harder than Marine boot camp. in fact Marine boot camp was a joke and the Marines were so dumb half the time and didnt join for real reasons while thye Army guys i was with were very professional. The Marines are a joke. The Army isnt. Marines used to be good, gee, i wonder why?

  • @Snako85 ARMY = Aren't Ready to be Marines Yet.

  • @Snako85 oh is that why soldiers can take their cell phones to basic training these days?

  • @tjkemp9311 THEY CAN ORDER PIZZA TOO IN BASIC

  • @750jwood when my father was in the corps from 1970 to 1992 at one point he was in an anglico company. anglico is one of the units in the marines that have jump billets. when he was at jump school he jumped with the 82nd airborne. He said that he lost count of how many soldiers came up to him stating that they wanted to join the marines but chickened out and to make up for it whent army airborne.

  • USMC has nothing on the army, we have the most badass of the badasses, the army RANGER. 200+ students enlisted(20ish were marines) and 50 were left only one marine made it all the rest were army. Oh yeah!

  • @Flieguyty2 you're an E-5? wow...some real discipline and respect they teach you over there huh? way to represent your branch.

  • What type of asshole wears his dog tags outside of his uniform? And this dick head is a NCO??? What a fucking joke...who wants to beat this fucking POG has never heard a shot fired in anger before

  • MCT teaches the non-infantry types NOTHING. The engineers attached to us confirmed this and said they learned more by operating with us than they did in MCT. We agreed MCT is a wast of time.

  • @Texashog74 have u ever herd of a marine joining the army after his time in the corps????????? why do u think that is? simply because in life u dont go lower or backwards to proceed on to the next best thing legendary john basilone was in the army before he got some sense and decided to join the corps everyone knows the army is weak except for the army themselfs so no my friend i dont compare no marine to no one in the army no matter what field cuz there not compareable USMC ftw

  • @Texashog74 marines get the job done with half the equipment the army has yall aint ready boy!!!! little boy!!!!!! yall think yall ready boy!!!!!!! lol really i respect every branch of service but u have to recognize who the best is and who aint and yall aint

  • @Texashog74 who the fuck really cares if u dont have basic then your really only doing that 14 weeks we have 13 weeks bootcamp and then infantry school so it still doesnt add up and no matter what anyone says the army comforts the weak in the marines there is no weak and if u are u wont be for long every single aspect about the marine corp training is longer n harder than the army why do u think we're the most respected branch of service

  • @Flieguyty2 Like i said before idiot...your pogs are better than our POgs...yes...BUT DONT COMPARE YOUR POGS (people like you) to the Army infantry....you wouldnt last 4 fucking min in a USMC infantry unit or a US Army infantry unit.....fall out kid you cant keep the pace

  • I'm enlisted in the Marine Corps. Field Artillery. i could not get infantry because i was 3 days late on it... I want to switch over to infantry after 2 years and try recon. Oh, about POG's. Seriously, you can call clerks in the Marines that, but not Tankers or Artillery folks.

USMC Artillery " One Shell, 12 kills"

  • @commando97production No. Woman can NOT be in the infantry

  • @TheW0rldLovesMe Thank God

  • its not "basic training" its BOOTCAMP! this aint the army

  • non infantry marines are bunch of pussies.. Goarmy.com Airborne lead the way.

  • @ttranccoc123 So you are saying that everyone who joins the military, should become an infantry marine or soldier soldier so they won't be "pussies", then let America's military turn to shit because everyone is because everyone is busy being a tough guy?

  • @ttranccoc123

    yes. join infantry pussy.

  • @ttranccoc123 Okay so don't whine when you need air support, but it's unavailable because there's no mechanic to fix the planes

  • What's with everyone calling this Basic Training? It's either Boot Camp or Recruit Training, Basic is for the Army..

  • @yopolopogus my brother went to basic at Ft. Knox, KY. He is currently an airborne army ranger both tabed and scrolled with the 3/75.

  • @msletsteaparty Oh crap really? I am an 1812 Marine Corps Tank Crewman, and our tank MOS school is up there. I just got done spending 3 months there, though I'm in the fleet now.

  • @hooah11211 hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha a.....ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah fuck nooo

  • everyone learns to use an AT-4 in basic, and the 203, and the M2, and the MK 19. Ft. Knox Kentucky, the one you want. Hooah.

  • @therenpen There are only 2 places to go to basic, Kentucky is not one

  • @yopolopogus I said "hooah", not "hooRah"

  • @yopolopogus IS BOOTCAMP people not BASIC

  • @deathrattlers its actually called BCT aka BASIC Combat Training, please tell me I am wrong when thats what all the recruiters and other Marines I have met call it

  • @deathrattlers no they changed it to Basic Combat TRaining for the Army and Marines cause bootcamp gave off the wrong Public Relations vibe to new potential recruits and their families.

  • im a former marine and soldier also and soldiers are from my experiences evert man for himself in the corps we took care of each other its in the slogan army of 1 come on lol

  • @jlynn1985 that doesnt make it any better it is still against Marine Corps regulations wich means its unauthorized and the wrong way to represent the Marine Corps

  • @USMCGRUNTCPL hey thats not his actual dog tags thats just on tag that has the EGA and marines out to the side of it

  • Personaly i want to be a united states marine and go in as a officer in the officer traning but what are some jobs for officers that require help other than infantry

  • I was infantry in both services, The only difference worth mentioning is that the Army always had newer equipment in my experience. They each train slightly differently, but the end results are always the same, lean and mean fighting machines. They both have their lists of good and bad things, and they both share close bonds. They are both highly trained and skilled servicemen.

  • @jlynn1985 ok so since u been in both and im stuck in between which i wanna go in do u have and advice on how i shud choose which one or anything u wud like to share

  • @mrcancan18 you have to decide which branch is better suited for you. personally i tougt the army would be the challenge for me but it wasnt. l liked the action that came with being an infantry man but i wanted more of a challenge and the marine corps gave me the challenge and the rush i had been looking for and i got to stay an infantryman.

  • @jlynn1985 yea i think id rather have the challenge and the leadership tht comes along with being a marine but do u think tht the army have a more variety of jobs u can choose 4rm and i knw u have to enlist into a field with the marines but what are the chances of me gettin the job i want in the marines

  • im going ground intelligence in the marine corps. am i going to MCT or ITB? just making sure.

  • @wayfer123 ..Its important you know what you are getting into. You obviously dont. How can you go around saying you are gonna do this or that if you don't even know what you're gonna be doing? That makes no sense.

You go to MCT. You should go read the web site that is linked on my profile page. It is a site for FUTURE MARINES.

  • I stand corrected.

    Cpl S.

  • In other words, the 82nd ABN lost control of the city and had to call in the (1MARDIV) Marines to retake it. You are both right, in that both services took part in operations, you are both wrong in that you did no research for back up, you ended up sounding like two children quarreling about whose toy is better. Both the Marines and The Army serve their purpose. Each have different missions.

    Semper Fi

    USMC

    USA (1998-2006)

  • smoke722. I disagree. The 82nd did not lose control of city. Violence has steadily been escalating in all over Iraq, Al Anbar province was one of many, nothing new. 82nd rotation was up and 1st mef came in to replace. The aborptive operation was conducted by marines; a knee response from Washington. In Phantom Fury, Army units heavily assisted marines in recapturing the city. In fact, an Army battalion received the PUC. 2nd battle of Fallujah did nothing to pacify Al Anbar; it ignited.

  • Chesnot and Malbrunot were released by their captors, the Islamic Army in Iraq, on December 21, 2004. In the aftermath of the offensive, relative calm was restored to Fallujah.

  • After the successful recapture of the city, U.S.Marines discovered beheading chambers and bomb-making factories, which were shown to the media as evidence of Fallujah's important role in the insurgency against U.S. forces. They also found two hostages—an Iraqi and a Syrian. The Syrian was the driver for two French journalists, Christian Chesnot and Georges Malbrunot, who had been missing since August, 2004. The Iraqi's captors were Syrian; he thought he was in Syria until found by the Marines.

  • This led to an ABORTIVE US Army operation to recapture control of the city in Operation Vigilant Resolve, and a successful recapture operation in the city in November 2004 by the US Marine Corps, called Operation Phantom Fury in English and Operation Al Fajr in Arabic. Operation Phantom Fury resulted in the reputed death of over 1,350 insurgent fighters. Approximately 95 American troops were killed, and over 1,000 wounded.

  • Their burned corpses were then dragged through the streets before being hung over a bridge crossing the Euphrates. This bridge is unofficially referred to as "Blackwater Bridge" by Coalition Forces operating there. Photographs of the event were released to news agencies worldwide, causing outrage in the United States, and prompting the announcement of a campaign to reestablish American control over the city.

  • On March 31, 2004, Iraqi insurgents in Fallujah ambushed a convoy containing four American private military contractors from Blackwater USA, who were conducting delivery for food caterers ESS.

The four armed contractors, Scott Helvenston, Jerry . Zovko, Wesley Batalona, and Michael Teague, were dragged from their cars, beaten, and set on fire.

  • The events leading up to the event are disputed. American forces claim they were responding to gunfire from the crowd, while the Iraqis involved deny this version, although conceding rocks were thrown at the troops.A protest against the killings two days later was also fired upon by US troops resulting in two more deaths.

  • On the evening of April 28, 2003, a crowd of 200 people defied a curfew imposed by the Americans and gathered outside a secondary school used as a military HQ to demand its reopening. Soldiers from the 82nd Airborne stationed on the roof of the building fired upon the crowd, resulting in the deaths of 17 civilians and the wounding of over 70.

  • the US Army entered the town in April 2003, they positioned themselves at the vacated Ba'ath Party headquarters. A Fallujah Protection Force composed of local Iraqis was set up by the US-led occupants to help fight the rising resistance.

  • templar all you did is restat exactly what i said showing how much you dont know and the only reason for the non infantry marines going through marine combat training is because all marines are riflemen. meaning all marines know basic infantry skills in which case the army all army soldiers are not taught basic infantry skills unless they go through army infantry training

  • you cant compare army infantry to marine infantry. jeeze get a brain kid i been in te army infantry before i joined the marines the army is strictly lande based war fighting while the marines are amphibious. you cant compare the two branches. nice going trying to correct me there though even though you just restated what i said.

  • Are you serious(the Army did that)? You don't leave equipment behind! If you're not going to take equipment, you must destroy it so it doesn't fall in the hands of the enemy! But good that his Marines recovered that stuff.

  • kang0331. In 2nd Fallujah, Army's heavy units paved the way for MC to follow. A battalion of Soldiers recieved the Presidential Unit Citation for valor and courage. Since WW2, President has been able to mobilize any troops in view of national interest without Congressional approval. For example, in Vietnam, prior to 1965, President mobilized 20,000 Soldiers prior to arrival of fleet marine brigade. In Korea, Army's 24th and 25th IDs were first to fight ordered by President through McArthur.

  • Obviously, Army left the equipments for marines to pick up as jarheads receive the "hand me downs" from Soldiers.

  • @templarknight86 lets face facts no matter what branch of the military you are in you might as well go ahead and look at it like this you cant go around saying this barnch is better then that branch because until you have gone through all the branches you cant really say which is or isnt better and even then its just an opinion, and also if your army, marines, air force, navy or even coast guard sooner or later you will be working together in the battlefield so get over the who is better thing.

  • Yea I know I was typing really fast and I confused the time... I was thinking 9:30 but typed up 0930 out of habit. Anyway lights out for the Army are 2130.

  • yeah i thought you ment 2130 instead of 0930

  • my wwole point im trying to make is cant comepare one service branch to another their roles in warfare differs so much that they are each leading in their warfare tactics. and it all has to do with the branches history. marines started out fighting on board contenintal naval ships shooting at sailor the army will always be the foremost land figting force and the marines will always be the foremost amphibious warfare force you can not compare the two to each other it impossible.

  • @templarknight86 and to finish off here marines have swim classes because all marines at some point in there career well be onboard a naval ship preparing for an amphibious assault, and due to that all marines must take water survival classes in basic and be at least a class 3 swimmer. and yea women go to school of infantry in the marines but the do not go through marine infantry training they go through marine combat training. (Continued)

  • @templarknight86 dude come on the army like to overwhelm their enemies by using large numbers. where as marines use precise accurate fire power. it quantity for the army and quality for marines. and i do now a little more then you would know i might be a marine now but i was in the army before i joined the corps. so dont go thinking you know more. i been through army infantry training and marine infantry training. (continued)

  • I'm well aware that Army Infantry goes through OSUT lol. I already said that. Trust me I would know more than you. Bootcamp is longer because it's less efficient, and they train in stuff the Army doesn't need. They have a whole week for water training (which we don't do), and they spend alot more time in a class room because they have things like Grass Week and more crap to memorize. They actually have it easy throughout phase 2. Also, typical Army days are longer. (continued)

  • @templarknight86 And the days and nkghts are not longer then the marines if truth is told they are about the same amount of time and check your military time 0930 for lights out that means you wouldnt be getting any sleep since reveille is around 0400 at all basic training facilities if you had lights out at 0930 you would be going to sleep at 9:30 am. and so what if the army is much better funded all the branches are better funded then the coasties. (continued)

  • @jlynn1985 now even if you ment 9:30 Pm which is 2130. then the days arn't longer cause a typical training day in the marines is from 0400- 2230 or 2300 depending on you D.I.

  • What are the qualifications for infantry?

  • What a crock -- I spent 27 years in the Navy, retiring as an O6, and I can most assuredly state that the Marines DO NOT rely on the Navy for intelligence. Second, MCT is quite different from the School of Infantry, where all infantry Marines are trained. Women Marines go to MCT, but not SOI, since they aren't infantrymen. So, the Marines don't allow women in their "infantry school" either. And finally, tell my M249 toting, in Afghanistan SIGINT LCpl son that intel folks don't see combat.

  • Comment removed

  • @23451bum actually MCT is taught at SOI. SOI is divided into 2 training Battalions Marine Combat Training Battalion and Marine Infantry TRaining Battalion. Infantry Marines train for 59 days and MCT marines train for 29 days after the 29 days of MCT all non infantry marines report to thier specified MOS Schools

  • (continued) Lights-out are at 0930 for us. We also don't get hygiene time. That's included in our personal hour. And women are allowed in Marine Infantry school, as every Marine has to go through MCT. MCT doesn't teach them anything we don't learn in Basic. So Marine Infantry only really gets 20 days of REAL Infantry training. That's why their Infantry units are often slower and not as coordinated as Army Infantry. The Army is much better funded for a reason. We're more effective.

  • LOL

  • hello

  • All of you sound like idiots. Whether you're a NAVY SEAL, MARINE, ARMY RANGERS... YOU ALL SERVE ONE PURPOSE.... TO DEFEND OUR COUNTRY. Every branch is important, hence their existence in the US Military. I will be joining either US Army or Marine Corp..not sure yet but I hope that if y'all are really in the US Military I'd highly suggest that you read the bible more often. Keep your sanity pure and don't be a child bringing up how old he is and whatnot. I

  • Dudes, nobody of you understands it. Now let me tell you. I served with marines, SWAT, 101 Airborne, seals, spetznaz, Alpha, Delta, SAS, Vatincan air force...

  • @DudeNumberOnePlus no you did not.

  • How do you know?

  • My mistake then, I only saw the later posts of you bashing the Marines and the pox kid defending them.

  • every stupid word you say is just proving me right you got like 3 other people stomping on your pathetic excuses on why the Army is better than the other branches lol and no buddy I am arguing with facts its just that your brain is too stupid to realize it and comprehend the difference between whats real and your own childish imagination.

  • Bullshit.....Marines have won many more battles than the Army, not to mention most places the Army retreats or says "Can't be taken" Marines have taken. Just because your a bigger force doesn't mean shit, I bet all 200,000 Marines could kick all 1 million of your soldiers asses.....hands down

  • @templarknight86 Agree. poxflaza has not been able to provide with any example of his claims. He is typical of someone who follows media sensationalism, i.e., Hollywood movies.

  • okay so can the Army win a war without the Navy? how about the Airforce? you know we need more in war than just apaches flieng around you know...and im not going to argue with someone that has the attitude of a 12 year old thinking they are always right, I bet your not even in the military so your bitchass has no right to be talking down on anyone get your facts straight boy and go and talk to someone that is actually in the military so you can see that I am right you jackass

  • Comment removed

  • @poxflaza

You sir, are an imbecile. The Marines are the last the come in haha. The Army always leads the way. Marines lack the numbers and vehicle support required to lead an assault. Generally speaking, the Army Infantry always leads the main assault, the Airborne is dropped behind enemy lines wherever needed, and the Army Rangers handle specialized assaults like airstrip takeovers and so on. The Marines lead beach assaults here and there but land invasions are always handled by Army first.

  • The President can mobilize any troops anywhere in the best interest of national security. It has happened too often after WW2. As I recall 82nd Airborne was dropped into Haiti prior to arrival of MEU.

  • @poxflaza Comments without substance. I don't recollect any major military intervention where marines have gone first or playing any significant role besides island hopping in WW2. It is Army that WINS WARS has history has shown.

  • Hey there are some Pog m.o.s that still work closely with infantry for example, Tanks and tracks usually work in complete support or as their own combat unit aside from or with the grunts. Still it all comes down though to either ur a grunt or just a pog.

  • What a stain....you exemplify the typical Army soldier.....you cant spell and every sentence has profanity. No Class and consistent for the Army.

  • God youre illiterate! You cant seem to finish a sentence without profanity....yep youre Army. I cant even begin to tell you how many people have sent me messages stating what a moron you are.

HDNKR, I never asked for anything, all I'm saying is that your comments, right or wrong, are casting a poor reflection on us.

  • Nobody is exploiting anyones death only presenting the facts and this enlight of all the BS being stated about the Marine Corps by a few individuals who are TROLLING MARINE SITES and trying to discredit the Corps and its accomplishments. Everything stated thus far is pure fact and it begins with The Armys distinction of the Greatest Retreat and Worst Surrender in the history of the U.S. and thats undisputable.

  • HDNKR, grow up and stop bashing just for the sake of bashing. I seriously doubt if you've ever served at all.

  • Waiting.....zzzzzzzz

  • HDNKR. There you go again, talking gibberish. Obviously, you haven't check the references which I had mentioned. They will highlight the key events to the Iraq War. There is no fabrication. As I said before, Marines were in Najif sector in August 2003. A small misfortune on the part of Jarheads turned out to be a major blunder which the US and coalition forces had to endure up to now. Always remember, it is the ARMY THAT WINS WARS!!

  • Yep the Army:

Greatest Retreat in the History of the U.S.

    (Korea over 275 mile retreat)

Greatest Surrender in the History of the U.S.

(Battle of Phillipines) over 10 thousand Army personel surrender

Rangers kill NFL player and cover it up

Army Ranger calls in wrong coordinates and kills 30 friendly's and almost killed the President of Afghanistan

Marines were never in Najif in 2003....lying will not support your DRIBBLE

  • Suit yourself. Small but one of most crucial decisions made by MC almost cost the war. You haven't been doing your homework.

YEP THE MC: Greatest amphibious and only retreat in US military history ot to sea. Greatest Surrender in the History of MC; 1,000 Marines of 4th Reg surrendered as well as lost of 1st battle of Guam in US territory and Wake island. Known fact. Semper Fi!!

  • Never heard of an Amphibious retreat??? Please explain how that works especially when there were 9 MEDAL OF HONOR winners. There is no such thing as the 4th Reg. in the Marine Corps so once again another ficticious fact you have made up and the first Battle of Guam only accounted for 150 Garrison Marines and the Govenor of Guam surrendered to save civilians and the Marines came back and destroyed approx. 7000 Japanes. What is fact is that Army Gen. Wainwright SURRENDERED OVER 10THOUSAND ARMY

  • Interesting, let me enlighten you on your Corps history. 4th Marines in 1930s replaced Army units in China. In 1941, most of 4th Marines were sent to Phillipines in defense. Roughly 200 Marines in China were captured by Japanese as well as the rest in Phillipines which you graciously called the greatest surrender. Again, battle is battle. Marines lost Guam. This is FACT.

Chosin was a retreat and lost for MC. 3 Soldiers and 9 Marines received CMH for valor and beyond call of duty.

  • Known fact:

Dont quit the NFL to join the ARMY RANGERS!

  • Whether battles are won or lost, this has nothing to do with CMH.

Don't quit the NFL to join MC, it will be a lot worse!! Marines will hide it!!

  • Greatest RETREAT in the HISTORY OF THE U.S. COMPLIMENTS OF THE 8TH ARMY and Greatest SURRENDER in the HISTORY OF THE U.S. COMPLIMENTS OF ARMY OVER 10 Thousand ARMY PERSONEL! Wow WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT!

  • But the 8th Army HELD THEIR GROUND in SK. 1st MD retreated all the OUT INTO THE YELLOW SEA!! HOLY SMOKES!! WHAT A DISGRACE.!! ALWAYS UNFAITHFUL!!

ARMY STRONG!! MARINES WILL TRY HARDER TO HIDE IT!!

  • ARMY Gen Wainwright surrendered over 10 thousand Army Personel at the Battle of the Phillipines, as a result those that surrendered suffered incredible torture and death at the Baatan Death March. This BECAME THE SINGLE WORST MILITARY EMBARRASSMENT FOR THE U.S..................ARMY STONG! ASK PAT TILLMAN AND THE RANGERS AT MOGADISHU..........ARMY STONG

  • @HDNKR NAME, RANK, and UNIT marine.....come on pussy...lets see you stand before the man...the more i hear you talk to more i realize you have never engagded the enemy in war...

  • I'm sure you can get over it and behave like a real man now can't you? You should remember that the Army was at Belleau Wood too, so be careful here son. You are treading in water up to your neck. I'm not even sure your American with your unpatriotic rhetoric, so I think I'll just ignore you.

  • Pat Tillman was killed the great ARMY RANGERS and then they tried to hide it........ARMY STRONG!

  • Hey brother Ive already offered to meet you so we can grab a cup of coffee and you never responded but then again I wouldnt expect anything less. Let me know if you live in Texas and I will gladly meet you and then you will see the difference between a Soldier and a Marine. Let see who has balls??

  • And once again Ill remind you that I have served in both the Army and the Corps and in 4 different conflicts....so my friend I promise you that you have not seen anymore action than I. You troll these channels looking to defame demean and denigrate Marines and I am here calling you out so just let me know where we can meet?

  • ....realy? post were you offered to meet me....Im at Fort Drum, NY

  • HDNKR what compelled you to be a POG and a reservist? You seem like you love to argue. WHats wrong? Just all talk and no walk? didnt want to be the one dishing the lead? or was it that your scared to recivee the lead?

  • Texashog.....Sure once again your facts are wrong just like before when you said the Army Aircorps provided air support during Korea when there was no Army Aircorps during Korea it had ended in 47. And you continue with more false information and lies! Youre nothing more than a boyscout wannabe Marine but it will never happen they wouldnt take your fat ass!

  • Texashog.....True to you Army pogues you have to continue with your profanities and its apparent you cant complete a sentence with out them. Youre an embarrassment to everyone in Texas.

  • USMC is a awsome fighting force...they are front chargers. At least their grunts are. But peopl like HDNKR are despised by both USMC grunts and Army grunts. he is a pog reservist. But thinks he has the right to talk trash about units like our Airborn boys...82nd, 173rd. Our 101st....10th mtn division. and even thinks he can compare his self to the Ranger regitment. Again this is just a Pog reservist. A loud mouth just like are Army reserve POGs can sometimes be

  • There ya go the TROLLER is back on the Marine Channels again! As I have said a thousand times....I do have the right to speak about the Army units versus the Marine since I have served in both in 4 different conflicts. There is no comparing the two the United States Marine Corps by far out performs the Army in every aspect of military capabilities END OF STORY. Hilarious though how you have disaparged the Marines that served in all wars and now you say you have respect for the Corps....BS!

  • HDNKR...i have yet to see Sayhi2jon make fun of the deaths of our marines like you have on US soldiers...Again your a coward. And a non-combat serving punk that wouldnt know what to do if you were on the reciving end of enemy fire

  • Texashog74.....Hey Douche Bag I never made fun.....I simply pointed out the facts. You were saying the Marines were always screwing up and merely displayed the facts. That there have been thousands of ARMY friendly fire incidents including Pat Tillman.

  • Still babbling away as usual with delusions of a small minority. MC's worst retreat in annals of US Military, 80 miles, and worse surrender for jarheads in WW2. You, being a proud sailor that want to play Army, is an absolute proof that MC has an inferiority complex and cannot be heard loud enough. Some of the references you asked includes, Baghdad at Sunrise(Col.Monsoor), Sheriff of Ramadi, Battle Ready( Gen Zinni), Wiser in Battle( LTG Sanchez), My Yr in Iraq(Bremer),

  • Run your mouth all you want but I know everything there is to know about the Army and thats why I got the hell out and transferred to the Marine Corps. We know all about the Mt. Division in Afghanistan they had a really difficult time in the mountains of Afghanistan and its documented however once again just like the rest of your statements that have been false and misleading the Marine Corps was the First Force delivered in to Afghanistan but please continue rambling you prove your ignorance.
