@WallyEff the incase fits kinda better and tightly thus making it thinner. If I were you, I would invest in a Speck Hardshell case. I have a video up on this recently and I would get it over a 'sleeve'.
Hi great review! I was thinking of buying one but when the macbook pro is in the case, does it become thick? Like if you can, how thick do you think the case gets? Thanks so much
Instant communication has it's drawbacks! I'm thinking about buying a Alu MacBook, the same as yours. Is your camera tape or hard drive/flash card? The reason I'm asking is I've got a Panasonic HDC-SD9 HD cam and I usually convert the AVCHD file into a format that's easier to work with like a QuickTime or .WMV (as I'm currently using a PC). Back to the question; how does your MacBook cope with high quality footage when it comes to editing - in iMovie or whatever software you're using?
Oh my. After sitting through the WHOLE video I realized that you just got yourself a tripod. I've seen a lot of your videos and I thought 'here's another one in dire need of a tripod' and then I wrote the previous comment. My bad :)
As I've said before - great reviews, keep em coming!
Ha ha, I was about to tell you in your previous comment that I was using a tripod in this video - then I realised that most people, including myself, start commenting even before the video isn't finished with ;) Cheers :D
Thanks for all your videos, I really like them, but - I think it's time you invested in a cheap tripod. That way you have your hands free all the time and you'll be able to have the camera further from whatever it is you're shooting. It's easier for the viewer to get a feel for the products sizes and overall look if you gave them moore 'room'.
Thanks for the clarification, I read on Macrumors and how people were having problems with security with metal zips on their sleeves. Might be selected airports. Thanks
fabrix cases seem really awesome and i would love to havre one, but they are way overpriced for me. for example, this case is listed for 64 us dollars, which is quite a lot for a laptop case, even if it is handmade.
Which is why you should keep a close eye on my account as I have around 8 macbook cases to giveaway... I will do a mass giveaway in the next few weeks. Cheers
Love your reviews. I'm shopping accessories for my new 13" Aluminum MB right now as well so your reviews are very helpful. I just ordered a ShaggyMac and I'm looking at cases now. This Fabrix case looks nice but I think I prefer the styling of the Applesacs - which do you think are more durable?
Thanks. Ouch, thats a hard question. To be honest, the only thing differentiating both products is the design and material. I like both of them, in fact - let me rephrase that... I LOVE both. Applesac's are sleek ;)
Nice review as always! Two things i noticed on the case were a Wonder Woman esk and a Neo Natzi xD
Also, on the packaging (@ 2:29) it does say "Fit for Alu MacBook + MacBook 13.3" Which if i am not mistaken is the MacBook white! I could be wrong though, so still check :)

@theunits3 I was wondering if I should get the fabrix case, the LA robe sleeve or the applesac for my mac
ItsNotReaI 1 year ago
@ItsNotReaI both are nice cases tbh, fabrix has some cool designs whereas larobe is plain yet their padding is quite strong

Good review mate, the case looks awesome, your laptop looks cool, nice to see someone adapt theirs, without ruining it !

In my experience at airports with the LaRobe, I haven't had to remove the laptop from the case any of the 5 times I've been through airport security.
