Of course ATV's can go 100+ , But you will have to find one that has been upgraded quite a bit ...

Look at yamaha raptor 1,000cc conversions , they reach past 100 but have a completely new engine and a lot of work done to them ... but you have to remember also that its a atv and has small wheels usually so higher speeds can make them unstable...
