Holy crap at 3:25 ! I think my entire leg would snap if I got to that to that ROM. Guess I need to start doing this

haha, it is a little deceptive because my shoes were loose and it looked like I have no tendons or ligaments :)

I've been using bands this way for a couple of weeks and it's cured my patellar tendinitis (fingers firmly crossed). Highly recommended movement. Thanks for the info.
