Dude, what it is is that Phil uses like a 42" HDTV. That adds 50ms of lag right there, added to the ping inherent to the game. So while most of us don't see lag, it's because we're using either computer monitors or standard def TVs.

i play a ton of blanka, in super turbo(i played most the time as blanka) if you went for super and they where in the air about to cross over you like in the video it would switch and hit them(it surprised my friend the other day since he was used to it not adjusting in sf4 lol). My favorite is when you go into ultra and hit them when they jump in and fall on the other side of you and blanka will go the wrong fucking way. Maybe you get different results, but so far i have never seen him switch.
