  • Okay I have now been inspired to get back into weight lifting and get the body I've always wanted! I just got done eating a high protien dinner with two tall glasses of water followed by 60 push ups and 100 crunches and a protien shake from GNC that I havent touched in months! Can't wait to do it again!

  • hey hanh, does running help build muscle, i'm really skinny and i enjoy running but i dont wanna run if it means sacrifrising mass.

  • @brianvelasquez yes running will keep you skinny. You need to eat more and lift weights if you want to gain muscle.

  • @brianvelasquez I feel that to run helps the anaerobic capacity of the muscles when it comes to push out the last reps. Running wont make you skinny unless you don't eat enough food. That is what I think at least.

  • @brianvelasquez the only mass you will sacrafice would be fat, unless you do not eat enough food to promote muscle growth, in which case your body would burn other fuels such as muscle, etc.

  • @MattSniper117 You can do super sets, or circuits (I prefer super sets). Diet is the main thing that will help burn fat , look into carb cycling.

  • @MosFR3SH If you watch his dieting video he talks about it. I'm 16, around 5'5"-5'4" as well (half Filippino.) I used to wonder the same thing.

  • @MosFR3SH You will recieve many different answers to the question if weight training will stunt growth. The only thing I can say is eat more than you would if you weren't lifting. Your body will need more "building material" to both grow muscles and maintain your body.

I think being able to deadlift 495 is pretty damn good quality and shows a huge amount of progress in ones life. You may think getting big is bad quality but you're way out of line telling others that their muscles suck because they're getting big

  • @jichbong No, its mainly food. If you cant afford good food then you can't get very far. There's a beginner's guide on my blog that explains all of this. Now if you're just posting comments just to "test" me and waste my time then don't bother because you're just wasting your own time.

  • @HanhChampion Let me explain to our spelling master how a human looked, the difference between today's and 20,000 year ago human is hair and face, they had more hair, and a bigger jaw. If you'd "googled" it you'd know that 20,000 years ago is in fact a modern human and then people we're a little weaker then gorillas and ripped beyond you'r imagination, BTW all their muscle didn't come from "protein" or "supplements". Go read Google more.

  • @HanhChampion Aight I shell explain, see out muscles are built out of something reminding ropes or strings how ever you want to call them, when you workout they rip apart and then you'r body makes more of them and making the shape of a muscle, now here's something that's going to probably offend you but its not my intention here, people that go to gym get artificial muscles not designed to work and not used, I shell continue in then next comment.

  • @HanhChampion See now you'r muscles are made in the gym not from work, for generally showing of to woman in the beach, real muscles don''t have to be big, for example someone who worked in contraction all his life doesn't even have to be as big as you but he will be much much stronger, because his muscle quality is better then you'rs, protein is something you'r muscles need to exist but the quality strength, and so forth does not require constantly eating protein like a Arnold Schwarzenegger.

  • @MrRpgmakerkid thats stupid bruce lee worked his ass off on different types of exercises and his legendary for his strength despite the the relatively small mass of his muscles. point im trying to make is different types of EXERCISES help build the body in different ways for example, if u run 10 km marathon everyday, your gonna get crazy cardiovascular endurance but still be weak. while as if u deadlift 6 reps close to your max weight for 1 rep everyday your gonna get stronger.
