The Three (3) C's of Refer-ability = Character, Competence, and Communication. Just because you are competent doesn't mean you will get referrals. Just because you do things right doesn't mean you will get referrals (lots of talented, competent people out there). Just because you have integrity and are honest doesn't mean you will get referrals. Just because you do the right thing doesn't mean you will get referrals.
