whats the difference between phased, fixed, and normal?

@MrKevin117 phased items are can be merged togeter fixed items are still clunky like in halo 3 but when you let go of them they stay exactly where they are and cannot be moved without picking them up in forge mode of course and normal it just like in halo 3 clunky as crap
