@ImFrelled I agree with you completely...I would have been disappointed if John had given into her advances, and I think she would have too...Karen Shaw is one thing (one very specific, lovely thing) but I always got the sense that Chiana pushed because she knew he would never push back, and she needs that. This isn't meant to be a shippy vid in the classic sense, but I do adore their relationship.

(Actually, if you're interested, I can recommend this fanfic I found; "Left Behind", featuring another Crichton and Chiana being left behind on Rohvu- that Leviathan where some psycho was 'twinning' people- who end up growing closer together while helping the ship survive on their own)
