  • i think if they made different skin tones then people would notice that its racist

  • TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN plz make a black bandaid it would really put a smile on my face but to answer ur question i highly doubt bandaids are racist check out my vids

  • we asians use spongebob band aids that match our skin color

  • @jtdrummerboy lol, ooooook.

  • racism is hate. i don't think people made band-aids to hate. if anything they did not considerate skin tone. but you can get clear ones. eventually all band-aids will be dark brown to proove a point and some white guy will get killed over wearing an baige one e found because he's racist. even if he's not really. this is another form of white guilt to help make whites servants to blacks needs to not offend them. maybe the white crayon should be taken out of the box because that's racist.

  • Well seeing as how the majority of the U.S, is Caucasian, it would be fitting to appease the majority to make more money. In Africa I'm pretty sure they make bandaids that match Black African skin.

  • @thetruth6789 Really? I think it's pretty close to half and half on the majority of the US are Caucasian. Did you look it up?

  • @NinaNeko4 The U.S. population is mostly Caucasian, everyone knows this. 79.8% of the U.S. population is Caucasian, why are you even arguing this well known fact?.

  • the color band-aids are made is called flesh. that flesh color mostly blends in with Caucasian people. that was named that a long time ago when none else had any power to change it. do i think it is racist ? yes. do i think it is worth making one for every skin color? no they have clear ones if that really bothers anyone. Minorities aren't under any illusion that most general things are made for white people.

  • Hi Kevin, Most of the people responding may be unaware of the history of things like that. So - before there were smurf bandages, or hot pink badages, or Dora badages, all band-aids and other bandages (like Ace bandages) were only 'flesh'-colored to blend in with the skin: white skin. The skin tones of Blacks and people of other colors were not considered. Even if you opened a box of Crayola crayons many years ago, the crayon called 'flesh' was that color too. So yes - I'd say that's racist.

  • Of course it's not racist. You really think they wouldn't have thought of this?

They probably don't want to make another shade of bandaids because that will make everyone think that they WERE being racist. It's just a effing band-aid.

Everyone is taking this racism bs to far.

If I was black, I'd be offended how everyone had to re-do EVERYYTTHIING for me just because I was black! Enough is enough.

  • thats y they clear bandaids

  • but wat the fuck they make dora bandaids! r they racist! eat shit fuckos! yes white bandaids r kinda racist if u think bout it by the way.

  • @xHardcoreLeoJxD

how are they racist? Thats stupid.

They have always been white/pink colour.

Should i say my doors in my house are racist.... cos there white!!!!!!?????

  • @CH1CKENQUIFF HOLY SHIT EVERYTHING IS RACIST *GUNSHOT*

  • im white but im lik PALE! so bandaids look awkward on me cuz theyre lik dark but they are light on all my friends cuz all my friends hav darker skin than me so i think everyone should wear the bandaids with cartoons on them or the rainbow bandaids(not for gays, for God)

  • RACIST BANDAIDS!!!! foreal.

  • BAND-AIDS COME FROM THE STORE!

Sorry, a line from a skit I'm doing! haha.

Anyway, I think they're probably made that way because its cheaper for that color? I have no idea, but yeah. lol

  • it kinda is...lol..but then again they make blue bandaids too, so is that like for smurfs? lol. but their cartoon so i don't think they would get cuts...unless u threw soemthing at the t.v.....;)

  • @missrunswithscissors: Haha I like that idea. But yeah, I personally do not think bandaids are racist. Thanks for your feedback :)

  • haha sorry, i was gonna comemmt againcuz i missed the "n't " my keyboard sux. it's just a shade, and oh well it's to heal ur wound, it's not a skin patch(that's creepy..)

  • @missrunswithscissors: Omg.. skin patch? that IS creepy haha

  • I don't think they're racist unless people think they're racist. Because I don't think they intentionally made them so it looks like the skin colour, just.. So it can help you heal your wound. I mean if they are, they'd have to make like a whole bunch of different coloured band aids. :P

Nice video dude, keep up the good work!

  • @jumpinggirraffe: Thanks for your viewpoint. I also think that bandaids are not racist. People just go too far sometimes

  • LMAO wow, I've never thought about that. but then again transparent Band-Aids are becoming more popular.

  • @collagexpunk: Thanks for your feedback! I dont think i would buy transparent bandaids though cuz you could see everything under the bandaid

  • no its not important at all if a black person is seriously offended by a banded colour then i think they should go and c a shrink.... by the way im half black so dont yall start saying im rasict

  • @MyThandeka: Thanks! I, too, think people are taking racism too far when they say bandaids are racist

  • Hey, who gives a shit, your a faggot

  • @xHardcoreLeoJxD: Thanks for your positive feedback

  • Of course I have thought that! I just noticed that you can leave a video response... I'm gonna be awesome and do that to further explain how band aids are racists.... you just stay tuned.

  • @HeyBreAnn: Hey BreAnn, cant wait for the video! I'm subbed to you lol

  • lol....yeah...that IS true..because they have little different colored bandaids..like hello Kitty, barney, and stuff like that..you know?..that would be good...lol...

  • @ArmyWifeStacey: Not sure I understand what you are really trying to say in this comment. But yes it would be cool for them just to get rid of skin tone related bandaids and just have cartoons and neon colors. And I am aware of the other types of bandaids.
