Elbows all the way straight at the bottom, supinated wrist and squeezing against the collar bone at the top, no elbow or body movement, slow/controlled reps.
hes doing this shit wrong, u should never rock ur body or else ur doin too much weight. people always sacrifice form and get a lousy workout trying to impress others watching them or even worse themselves

Nice, right now im doing concentration curls with 40x10,45x8,50x6,55x4... that's my pyramid routine for them and i finished easily with my right arm but my left arm could only get 2 reps wiht 55 at the end, my damn right bicep is abotu one inch bigger then my left, sucks but i may get a vid of me doing them later wheni can do more
How much could you bench I wonder? I've got the same kind of biceps like yours but I'm not sure if I'm just thinking this but my max 7 rep bench is on 185 pounds.
I dont really bench at all to be honest. that was about a year and a half ago too! but i can do about 10 x 220 for bench on a good day. Plus, bench is all about chest, tris and front delts, nothing really to do with biceps.
I dont mind a tiny bit of rocking from the body, as long as the bicep is stressed enough to feel worked. Remember that Arnold had amazing biceps and he did the same thing with his form.. bit of rocking didn't hurt anyone :)
Gald you noticed that, I like to keep mt arm free and not resting on my thigh. You find that as you're failing if your resting on your thigh, you use your leg to give a little push.. and thats defeating the object of a concentration curl! lol
It's funny to see so many people do this exercise wrong. I am happy to see that you are doing it correctly. I can currently do 40 pound curls about 8 times, but I ever so plan on improving that.
yup, right handed! I know just what you mean.. I've made a concious decision to pick up weights with my left hand now instead of right and I try to start off with different arms on every movements so the right doesn't over develop compared with left.. :D
thanks man. Concentrations curls are cool for the end of a workout. Just be sure to do the main pulling exercises and do BB curls for the best bicep development ;)
