in the time of day there is a time of mind find the right time and your subjunctive poetry shall come the time for that can be soon or far but for now you must rewrite
Yes, indeed, rewrite, the motivating force behind my lyric . That has been the fantasy here. I attempt to show how I have developed these poems, some from forty years back. This poem, no easy task to develop the subjunctive in English narrative , since the mood's use in American English becomes increasing small. However, I have that poem now in the hands of a super editor, and it has been redone and I should upload it one more time early, January 2010. Thanks, Yours, Stanley
What more is there than immortality, hey? Well there is that covenant, also. Thanks my dear woman, Shhh, your good cheer always welcomed, but guess what, my editor gave me a grade of "A" for the poetry, but an "F" grade for the use of the Subjunctive, alas. So soon there will be another version.
the sort of thing id prefer to read in my armchair or listen to on radio 4 whilst driving, but even in this really sterile thing that youtube is i really did enjoy it.
Thanks for your continuing high estimation of my labor. You are a great pal. And I have the list of British drama, but of course, I have seen them all, and some more than once. But thank you, and make sure you get at least one of the black and white Bergman's I recommended. I am sure they will turn your head around.
Great poem Stanley! It was nice to listen to this, and listen to the past of the poem, and I can visualize being there due to your exquisite descriptions.
Well as I told one of my other readers I failed to get the Subjunctive right in between some of those lines of verse, alas. But you know me by now, I keep doing them over and over, again and again, tusting that eventually I might get the enterprise right.
