This film is without a doubt the best film I have ever seen on the art of flamenco and its traditions. It is perhaps the best film I have ever seen on "oral" music and I say that after more than 50 years experience in the field as a player, composer and most importantly, aficionado. Tao Ruspoli investigates the very soul of the art letting consummate artists have all the time they need to make their points. ¡Ruspoli es un genio!

This preview might be confusng. The complete film is wonderful and best of all it documents the incredible baile of the late Paco de Valdepen~as. It is a shame that Tao was not around to do the same for Ansonini del Puerto another great festero.
