You can tell that Seras kills Zorin Blitz out of pure hatred and has absolutely no sympathy. Seras and Pip really cared about eachother. It is really symbolic that Pip caused Seras to become a true vampire. His death gave her the motivation to avenge his death and his blood allows her to unleash her true form.
