I am always amazed that some people still think we are searching for a cure for cancer. Do you know how easy it is to cure cancer? It's called nutrition and a failure to eat right will cause cancer. Raw foods, medicinal herbs, superfoods, juicing, fasting and yes praying. Why are there so many lazy Christians with health problems who when you present them a simple solution to deal with there health problem they say "Well were all gonna die anyway?" Im Christian but I think "So thats it?"
Cancer cannot be completely prevented by eating right. Most of it is genetic. It's also from things in the air, the water, our workplaces. With our planet's air quality, even organic foods aren't totally safe.
No one is saying anything about his political view? Most of our founding fathers were Agnostic, Atheist, and Deist. Thomas Jefferson is undoubtedly Agnostic. He wrote most of the declaration of independence and is the main man behind "Separation from Church and State". Thomas Paine was Atheist. Almost all of them hated religion and all of them hated the Church of England. I have to agree with him though. When I hear a smart southerner I have to get over their accent .
@SagaWrath No friend Thomas Jefferson didnt mean to say that God shouldnt be in the government no he said that the government wouldnt step in the place of God like that of England. They hated the Church of England not God. Yes they hated religion but see Chrstianity is not a reigion but a relationship with God and the Fathers knew this.
@SagaWrath Jefferson was more of a Deist, though. He rejected Christianity outright, although he was seen going to church in his later years. Even though he didn't actually write the 1st amendment, he had a heavy hand in it, as he was the most likely one to convince Adams of the need for a Bill of Rights, in personal correspondence. Adams was initially against it. His Separation of Church and State line came later in a letter, but it is the essence of the Establishment AND Free Exercise clause.
I'm a southerner and a Christian as well. And its so true! We WILL take a joke! But when we make fun of northerners and call them YANKEES then suddenly we're the bad guys...but its ok to call us rednecks and Jesus freaks...heck I call MYSELF a redneck and a Jesus Freak lol
