She didn't even take the color all the way through the new growth. There were still roots that didn't get any color put on them. As far as using a cap.....WHAT???! That is sooo tacky! If you are updated with your coloring skills you don't have to use a cap! Her sectioning isn't even clean.

Wow, she's very bad at that. She works quickly but there are going to be SO many patches on that root touchup. At least, I hope it's a root touchup, if it's not, those roots are going to go and start burning the scalp before the rest of the hair has any time to pick up the colour.

Looking at the snaps on the cape, this looks like the Cricket Metro cape to me. Too shiny I think to be a Cricket cape though.

@meg10n it depends what type of blonde your going for...like dark blonde and honey blonde may be good for you since your skin is olive and since your hair is brown its always good to go two shades lighter than your starting point..hope this helps
