I don't think that is very kind on your joints. Atleast not with one arm, just do with both. Slower, and more reps. One arm is for showing off, nothing more.
I'm really not that flexible...and can only do like half of that but not that slow :(... gosh you can totally control your body!! I wish I could do that!!
