  • I don't think that is very kind on your joints. Atleast not with one arm, just do with both. Slower, and more reps. One arm is for showing off, nothing more.

  • I'm really not that flexible...and can only do like half of that but not that slow :(... gosh you can totally control your body!! I wish I could do that!!
