Template solution: (Pause video at 12 seconds.)

Low tech: Put paper up to screen and trace pattern. Enlarge or reduce on a copy machine.

Medium tech: Hit your keyboard's "Print Screen" button, copying a screenshot to your clipboard, then open up a graphics program and "paste" it into a new file and print it out. Cut pattern out.

High tech: "Print Screen" into a new Photoshop file and remove all but the pattern. Then print.
