PC games age better than console games. In Console gaming, when the sequel comes out, no one talks about the old one that came out a year and a half ago.

@Latvietis96 there are nooby guns and shield etc added to 1.6 which detract from gameplay and some slight differences in level design (look at terrorist spawn in de_aztec on 1.5 and 1.6 for example)

Apart from that the biggest difference is that 1.5 didn't need steam (Which automatically makes it better as steam is shit)
